Your entire experience once you enter the doors of Punjab Grill will amaze you!! From the top quality service, to the AMAZINGLY unique and decadent food… There are no holds barred! Hands down, Punjab Grill is one of DC’s leaders in Indian fine dining, and I am a huge HUGE fan!! Every bite of each course was packed with amazing flavours and memorable spice combinations. As beautiful as these pictures are… I encourage you to really experience this IN person!! 📸- Malabar Macchi 📸- Rarha Lamb 📸- Chicken Tikka Sampler 📸- Meruguez Sausage

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING—highly recommend this restaurant!! Came here last week for DC Restaurant Week and luckily was able to find a late dinner reservation available on Opentable. Started off with drinks at the bar first—the bar area is so beautiful, with marble countertop—the overall decor inside the restaurant was beautiful. It has an energetic and fancy vibe here, I loved it. Food was exceptional! We ordered off the $55/person which include a choice of 1 small plate, 1 Signatures & Classic, and 1 dessert option—this menu came with garlic naan and was a bigger portion than the $35/person menu, which had additional charges for certain dishes. Everything was delicious—Goat Pepper Fry, Chicken Tikka Sampler, Rarha Lamb, and Tawa Scallops. Their food is well flavored, and the portions are very reasonable. I’m not a big dessert person but their desserts were okay. Our cocktails were perfectly made—gin and soda with mint leaves, limes and cucumbers. Service is outstanding here—always checking up on our table, even the bartenders came to check up on our drinks. I enjoyed my experience here, I will be back!

Punjab Grill's menu has an eclectic selection of dishes made for those who love fine Indian food. Every dish is a unique take by Chef Bindra and I walked away with wanting to come back again soon. We were given a wonderful welcome by the Dessert chef Micheal who made our experience there so lovely. The desserts are the best Indian desserts I have tasted ranging from hand made Pista ice cream to chocolate gianduja

The restaurant ambiance is lovely, the staff is incredibly friendly and pays attention to details, and the food is full of flavor. We started with aloo tikki chaat, malai broccoli, and chicken tikka sampler. The sweet and spice combination with the broccoli and cheese was wonderful. For main course we ordered garlic naan and sundried tomato and olive naan to go with palak paneer and kathal kofta. Recommend asking about the level of spice if you prefer flavor and no heat. The leftovers reheated well.

Amazing Indian food! While the takes of the dishes on the menu aren’t traditional, the flavors of them are truly authentic. My personal favorite menu items were the gol goppa, aloo tikki chaat, and the kathal kofta but there was nothing I tried that I didn’t enjoy. The decor was gorgeous and the staff was also extremely helpful and kind. Punjab Grill has definitely become one of my new favorite Indian restaurant spots.

Beautiful upscale Indian restaurant. The food and drinks were great, the service was great, and the ambiance was great. We made reservations ahead of time and were sent a reminder/confirmation text, as well as a text to let us know when our table was ready. For drinks we ordered the Punjab Mule and the Saffron Mystic. These drinks were definitely specialty drinks and didn't not taste like similar drinks at other restaurants. Appetizers we ordered Aloo Tikki Chaat and Adraki Tuna Tartare. Entrée we ordered Rarha Lamb and Malabar Machhi Dessert we ordered the Dark Chacolate Pistachio Gianduja and the Cherry Kheer

One of the Fancy Indian restaurant with good quality food and drinks. I just went for a dinner with my friend and the staff greeted us warmly. Tandoori chicken platter and butter chicken with naan is must try. Also in drinks ask for the smokey drink( forgot the name). The ambience is good and happy hour menu looks great. Would recommend this place to everyone if you like good quality food with great presentation.

Best experience ever in an Indian restaurant. Ambience was 10/10. Tried goat pepper fry, chicken platter, vegan biryani. All the food has the burst of flavors but not spicy. We wanted to try a restaurant for our anniversary and glad we chose punjab grill. Servers were courteos and amazing. Drinks are on point, I tried the saffron infused gin. Definitely will go back again
