Loved the concept behind this place! The salads were easy to eat and quite filling! Wish we had one of these places in our area! Will return whenever near this place
This place has to expand throughout the country. Great concept and excellent salads to eat in or takeout. Great house made dressings and menu suggestions. I would return here for lunch or dinner if i had the opportunity to visit again.
Thought this place was great! Our friend/tour guide brought us in to start our day off with some great salads. I ordered the 7 summits and loved it! We don't get this experience back home! It was quite busy when we arrived but during prime lunch hour but surprisingly the line moved extremely fast! It's an interesting place to go to with a large selection of salads. Recommend.
Super healthy, generous portions, friendly staff, seating inside or out ... So glad we stumbled upon this place!!
Too much chopping. Love the ingrediants, but I think the over-chopping thing is kind of weird. Like pre-masticated food. I tell them not to chop it too much.

I drive a tour bus. We can't usually park and leave the bus in Washington, DC. so, looked for a restaurant that would deliver TO THE BUS, parked on the side of the street! They said they would. We (2 drivers) ordered the asin chicken salad and the steakhouse salad. Incredible AND huge! Great flavor...enough for two lunches! Thank you Chop't for the good food! We'll see you again soon! A simple concept, but executed to perfection! Fresh, made-to-order chopped salads (and wraps) with a wide variety of tasty ingredients and dressings. Well worth a visit!!
It's basically a fancy salad bar. You choose a base of warm rice/grains, cauliflower rice, or various cold greens, like kale, romaine lettuce, etc... Then choose your favorite salad toppings (e.g. sweet potato, carrots, olives, broccoli, corn, black beans, edamame, green pepper, spicy roasted red pepper), and protein (tofu, egg, cheese, chicken, or meat), and dressing.
The dressing varieties are very good, including tahina, green goddess, and spicy varieties. The bowl comes with a very small piece of whole grain toast.
We had a salad here for lunch. My salad (left) was the Santa Fe. It is fast and not too unhealthy fastfood. Nice for a quick lunch, a little expensive. I didn’t like that the staff uses the same gloves for taking the salad in your bowl and taking the money and payment afterwards. There should be different people for that or they take off the gloves.
I always enjoy my experience at Chopt. Even though the company has changed their menu and removed my favorite salad dressing (TexMex Ranch), the staff members were able to make recommendations on a suitable substitute. They were very pleasant about it and even allowed me to sample the new dressing they chose. As a busy professional, Chopt is a great (healthy) lunch option to pick and choose what works best for me. I really like this restaurant and I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly ten years.

OMG!! This place was great. We're from out of town, we don't have these back home. Very busy place but they have a great system. The choices are endless create your own salad, or pick a menu creation. Everything is fresh and created in front of you. Great value for the price.
First time at CHOPT. Very interesting concept, healthy n good tasting salad and fairly fast. I liked it. Would definitely have it again if near by one.

Very nice salad place. Excellent selection of leafy greens - you can choose which kind of leafy green you want as your base. Excellent selection of toppings. Good feta and goat chees. The arugula was not as fresh as I would like, but all else was excellent.
The best place ever to have your custom made salads.. hundreds of variations.. you must try it.. I loved it .. and healthy too
Great salad option! The classic Cobb salad is a favorite and the server's are very polite.
