High end customer service is a dying experience, and while it seems silly to call a Pizza Hut "high end", this one deserves it. This location was stellar in how they treated me when picking up my order; fast, polite, and even added free breadsticks because they dropped the first ones. Congrats to this team and the manager for great customer service is hard to find a t most local pizza joints.

This was my first time going to this location, ever. I stopped eating Pizza Hut years ago and the few times I have tried to order during the pandemic, the locations that I visited, the staff refused to wear their mask probably and I would make a U-turn and leave. Well, this location has an older clean-cut gentleman who wears his mask properly and the store was very clean and it smelled well sanitized. They didn't get my online order correct but the garlic parmesan pizza with the chosen toppings were tasty. My mom liked it and she is very hard to please! However, I ordered half only cheese and they failed to get it right. He offered to remake it but given the fact that he made me wait ten-fifteen minutes while he finished preparing a meatball dish and remove three pizzas from the oven, cut them up and box them...never even offering me an apology for having me wait all that time and getting my order wrong, absolutely I could not wait any longer. The kids would not eat the pizza but it was good. I give it an eight! And the customer service a four!

So I have a different experience than most for this pizza hut and I've ordered delivery a few times now. My pizza has always been warm, cooked right, and all the toppings I've asked for. The delivery times are somewhat wrong but give or take 20 minutes doesn't really bother me. I live in an apartment and they always go to the correct door and call me when they are here. Im not sure why I have a wildly different experience than most at this Pizza Hut but I do. The customer service has been good and the delivery drivers I've had have been wonderfully nice. I will continue ordering from them for my lazy pizza days .
Lots of bad reviews from other customers, but I did not have a poor experience. They had the food I ordered, made correctly, and let me check it before paying. It was just the amount of junk food I was looking for.
