Need to work on customer service skills. Being professional goes a long way
A football sandwich isn't really the only thing I leave with when I enter this establishment. Hi I'm Juno and I constantly get a Coke combo from this subway. The staff here are very very humorous and funny. They have a great sense of humor and great customer service. I don't eat from Subway often but when I have a craving for it this is the only location other than when I leave town that I come to. I get around a lot as you can see from my Google profile I give a lot of good reviews on places. Being an English major I tend to speak too much if not a lot on what I experience when I enter and establishment. I've worked in fast food for almost 8 years and I have had some pretty good customer service and some pretty bad customer service. But this place is in the top tier for my line for customer service. Thank you for making it easy for customers like myself to order food without a hassle.
The food is always great and fresh. The only thing I have an issue with is if I get the veggie delight I have to ask for more veggies. Sometimes the workers don't understand that if I'm not getting meat on the sandwich that they should double the veggies so I have to specify that I want double veggies. They don't charge extra for the extra veggies tho so that's a plus!! 😊 By far my favorite subway!
The guy that prepared my sandwich was pleasant and my sandwich was delicious!
The young lady who made my sandwich was very professional. Her name was Nay, I believe. It was very busy and she was the only employee in the restaurant. People had multiple orders but she didn't panic and she didn't have any unsatisfied customers despite the crowd. She apologized for the delay and kept doing all that she could to satisfy her customers despite working alone.
Went out of their way to make me my cookies! Great customer service.
This subway is GREAT! I order from there catering menu each month for my job. What sets them apart from other subways is the fact that when I ask for the Vegetables to be placed on the side, the staff uses an additional large tray to place all the veggies on neatly & they place the trays in a large subway bag and bring it to the car. I Love this service and this subway..
Other subways use the small containers for the salad and toss the Vegetables in, they don't offer a bag or help getting into the car.
Only had 1 emotes, seemed very understaffed but the employee worked hard and maintained a good attitude and seemed to make each customer happy by the time they left.
As I walked into Subway I felt welcome, the server was friendly, the cashier was friendly and polite. I didn't have to wait to be served. Thank you Subway staff.
Great food, not to much space to eat here
