You would think and hope that all franchise restaurants are all run the same and the food is the same but unfortunately that is not reality. I have had a great experience at this Papa Johns location. I actually have a closer Papa Johns near my home but I order from this location because it is run much better. So far I have no complaints. The food is as expected and as it should be.
Used online hotel zip code to order pizza, went to both locations on Oleander only to realize the order was in another city. The 5814 location was very empathetic and offered to make the order. They could've easily turned away these vacationers away. I was hungry and distraught and the customer service helped ease my frazzled mind. The pizza was delicious too. Thank you to the men who went the extra mile.
The people were very nice. You could tell they we were very busy and still treated me well. Food was normal for Papa John's.
Great puzza, quick delivery right to our hotel room which was much appreciated after a long sun burned day on the beach!!!!
If you want a great local Papa John’s in town you can go to this one! We had a terrible experience at the Papa John’s near Dawson Street so we called this location and hit a home run! We didn’t have to talk to anyone in a call center, our order was correct and ready very fast, the staff was friendly and they applied a coupon to save us some money which I returned to them in the form of a tip!
Not sure why people are giving bad reviews. I had a very good experience. Maybe people should not call at 11 at night but what do I know my pizza was great so good job papa
I only had to wait a few minutes for my pizza. It was delivered curbside. The guy that brought it out was so nice and my pizza was hot and fresh.
Today my boyfriend and I got a pizza and they forgot to put in our order but they went above and beyound to make it up to us. They were so nice and it was a very good experience. We will definitely use them again!!
The Philly cheese steak PaPadia is the bomb!!
