Probably the best meal I've had in a while and Stephanie was our server! She was so nice and a wonderful server!
Never had been to a Red Robin until we made a trip to Wilmington to visit a friend of ours so when we saw the sign, and since I've always wanted to try it, we decided it would be a good place for lunch. I'm so glad we decided to eat there because the food was delicious! The prices are a little steep for a burger joint but remember - You get what you pay for! I can honestly say that it was probably the best burger I've ever had. We were greeted at the door and seated by a manager of the establishment and he was very friendly and made you feel very welcomed and our waitress was super friendly and great at her job as well!
Nice relaxing atmosphere with two special needs kids. Very friendly staff. The server lady ( who also plays drums in a band) was amazing! Food was fresh and weight was no more then 10 minutes.
Red Robin is always a great place for groups with food restrictions! The vegetarian options are great and it’s a fantastic spot for people with gluten allergies. They have designated fryers and my family has never had an issue with cross contamination here.
The service is always great as well!
P.S. the mozzarella sticks are absolutely delicious.
Collie was awesome! He was super professional and very friendly. Kitchen was a little backed up but it's Saturday so that's to be expected. Food was as ordered and tasty. He made sure we always had drinks as well. All around awesome. He was even ultra professional when the woman behind us did she wasn't paying for the games her kids charged in the kiosk. If I still ran a business I would hire Collie in a second.

Skye was our server up at the Wilmington location. Super amazing and sweet. Very attentive. Highly recommend the Island Heat wings. They're our favorite app and we get them every time we go to RR. Our top 2 burgers we always get are the Southern Charm & Burning Love burgers.
I came here earlier during my lunch break. It was packed and a lot of families waiting. The Hostess tried to sit me at the bar that was crowded as well. They add my name to the list i waited 20 min it was going to be a bit longer but they figured out somewhere i could sit asap once i told them i was on lunch. I sat in the bar area the bar tender made drinks and was my server. Plus two other servers helped out. I ordered a turkey burger it was the most Juiciest and Succulent turkey burger ive ever had.😋 I mean its turkey how do you make it juicy lol. It was great fries kept coming out back to back hot. I had a rush put in ate and finished in time to get back to work. Once i ordered i had my food with 10 min or so. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Who ever was on the 1 till 3 p.m shift today abouluitly rocked it. Plus the cooks today AMAZING. They all deserve a raise Especially the cooks. Huge thanks to the Servers and hostessand cooks. We had Bailey wait on us and she was great! She was friendly courteous quick and responsive. The food was good but she made pur experience great on crazy busy Veterans day. Thanks Bailey.
I have been to Red Robin plenty of times but it seems the service has improved! The menus are now on the table, utensils are only provided by request or when the order calls for it, paper towels and condiments are on the table, digital kiosk for paying, and servers now use an electronic pad to place orders. These improvements definitely made ordering easier and faster. Food came out hot and delicious and the server was very attentive to our needs and request. It was my moms birthday so they came and sang to her and provided her with a free sundae without her even asking. Tried the sweet and spicy ketchup for the first time and I highly recommend it! Not heavy on the spicy side, but the recipe certainly improves the regular taste of ketchup! Location was clean inside and out and the entire staff seemed to be in a pleasant mood.

Wait staff was great. Especially considering the crowd and only two waiting the tables. Food portions weren't what they used to be. Restrooms were disgusting and out of paper products. Restaurant area was a little dirty as well.
The host stated that a 3 person table would have to wait 30 minutes, because they had just taken 14 people in and were short on staff. The couple in front of us were asked what kind of seating would they like and were promptly seated. Fries were cold but when asked the server he brought out a new HOT batch. Thank you!
