This place is unreal!!! The food is some of the best I’ve had in a longggg time. No question a must try in Wilmington. Make sure you get some oysters too (whipped horseradish and homemade hot sauce is on point)
Absolutely adore this place. Dinner was sublime again and everything we tasted was delicious. The portions are filling, the flavors are complex yet complimentary, and the service was superb. I highly recommend! If you have the option, Orlando is an excellent waiter. Incredibly attentive and does whatever he can to make your dining experience special.
My husband and I made reservations for dinner for his birthday. I actually thought I had already made reservations and had forgotten so we made these very last minute and were able to get right in. In the short time between when we made the reservation and when we showed up, they had a menu for my husband signed by several staff to tell him happy birthday. Such a great personal touch!! Atmosphere is relaxing and aesthetic. Our server Hannah was amazing. She accurately described the specials for the night (we ordered 2 of the 3). Love that she listed prices with the specials. Throughout the meal we asked her recommendations a few times and she gave great suggestions. She was attentive and even though they were a little busy Hannah checked in us frequently. Food was presented beautifully, everything was delicious, menu was fun, overall we just had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!
Be prepared to spend a pretty penny, but you're in for a fabulous meal. The cauliflower souffle is like eating a cheesey, peppery cloud. Chef's kiss. The bone marrow bread pudding is literally insane, so delicious! Mac and cheese is banging. Steaks of course are truly excellent, price point is comparable to Ruth's Chris but our local butcher and table is really quite better, imo. Naturally, there's and excellent selection of wines and cocktails. A great spot for a special occasion!
Brandon was our server he did a great job explaining everything on the menu. The food we ordered was very delicious, Pascual even commented on the lemon vinaigrette salad dressing. The price was fair for the food we received.
I recommend this place it's very nice and very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I tried True Blue Butcher and Table for brunch today. I had the daily Shrimp and Seafood Grits with one of the Fall Drink Specials. Everything was amazing, including the service!
We had an amazing experience tonight. Eva was our server and I cannot give her enough kudos. A couple of weeks ago my husband and I had a great time at Butcher and Barrel and decided to give this a go when my sister was in town to treat her to a nice dinner - Y’all did not disappoint. The food speaks for itself from the sourdough bread to the entrees to the dessert (the coffee cake is a solid alternative when the chocolate cake is out). Eva was personable, knowledgeable and overall just a great server, so we absolutely want to make a point to say that her helping us MADE the night. Thank you for such an enjoyable night and for giving us a reason to come back with a favorite server 🙂
Such a good experience we came here twice in one week!! Customer service was phenomenal, we loved the ambiance, and our waitress was extra caring. I took a star off because as good as the sides and burgers were, my husband had an overcooked and then undercooked steak in both occasions. They also forgot one of our sides on the last visit. All in all we will be back when we are back in town. Highly recommend at least once. Maybe go when it is not as busy so service doesn’t take too long.
Went here for date night and it was amazing. My steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were wonderful too. We will be back soon I’m sure.
True Blue Butcher and Table is One of The Best Restaurants in Wilmington! The food was very delicious. There is a bar with TVs to watch sports. The interior is decorated beautifully. The service was friendly. Without doubt I strongly recommend True Blue because they are one of the best places in Wilmington! Have a great day!
Dry aged strip and dry aged ribeye... very good dry aged flavor. Drinks were nice. Brussel sprouts were tasty but could have been a bit more crispy. The ribeye ordered medium came out way too red and our server Olivia took care of it, and was generally very attentive our entire meal.
Absolutely lovely. I went here by myself to celebrate, and my server Brandon was so attentive, fun, and kind. Everyone else around me seemed to be having a great time as well which really added to the experience!
I got the Kansas City strip, potato roasties, and NY Cheesecake (boy was I full after). The steak was revolutionary-- I didn't know steak could have those flavors. I ate the whole thing! And the onion on top was phenomenal.
All in all an amazing experience!! Definitely recommend.
