Mom of two toddlers here! Play area is OK albeit a little dated. Dining area is VERY clean and well cared for. Bathrooms also super clean. Staff was super friendly. I appreciated that there were some tables up front for folks that don’t want kids around as they eat— I didn’t feel like I was bothering anyone as my kids bounced between the eating and playing.
Honestly, I never thought I'd submit a review on a fast food place. My visit to this location was the best fast food restaurant experience I've had in my entire life. Friendliness of the cashiers, quality of the food, cleanliness, manager interaction....all were top notch. I returned a couple times and each experience was exceptional.
Came here on 2 occasions and this is a Very nice Chick-fil-A. The employees are very nice and helpful, the service is very quick and efficient. The drive thru lines went pretty quickly too and they food was great as well, it was fresh and hot when we got it. Would definitely recommend this Chick-fil-A and I would definitely come back again. And the inside of the store is also very nice and clean.
Every time I have gotten Chick Fil A It's always been tasty and delicious, Nuggets cooked to perfection, Waffle Fries sometimes soggy but still a 10/10, Chick Fil A Sauce makes the whole experience amazing. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes eating healthy or craving some delicious food.
This restaurant rarely disappoints , that visit was no exception. The line is horrendous. However, it moves quickly. Unlike most chains, they offer sauce without having to pan handle with hat bent in hand. Straw and utensils were also enclosed in the bag. This Mere feet would be miraculous at any other fast food chain. Thank you Chick-fil-A
Great location! As usual, Chick-fil-A comes out at the top of any chicken related fast food, restaurants in the area… not considering mom and pop locations.
The customer service is always 100%, the drive-through is a little cramped if you drive a bigger vehicle… The exit is right next to a dumpster, so make sure you roll your windows up before you make it out of the drive-through exit.
Girl that took our order was very friendly and helpful. Both girl's at window were also very friendly. Food was fresh and hot. Sweet tea was perfect (not too sweet and not bitter). Would definitely come back.
Cobb salad is so good. I had with light balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing. This is 3 time I have purchased it and it is worth it.
I always get wonderful service coming here! All the managers and staff are fantastic at doing their job and helping their customers. This chick fil a goes above and beyond! Definitely my favorite local chick fil a in Hampton roads!
My visit was at the location on Lynnhaven Parkway- Salem. Customer service was exemplary and although the lines seemed very long, moved very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. Their process is streamlined for minimal wait time. I ordered the number 1 combo with frosted coffee. My chicken biscuit had a large piece of crispy chicken hanging over the sides of a tasty biscuit. Hash rounds were crispy also and my frosted coffee was perfect. They have it right at this location!!
