I am not much for chain restaurants. There are so many choices here in Virginia Beach. But I must admit that our stops here are always fun. The staff are great & the steak is of a quality that I've paid much more for. We normally go in on Monday for the free blooming onion when Kevin Harvick comes in the top 10 for the weekend race. It is a cool little promotion. We end up staying for drinks & dinner. I highly recommend you do the same!
I absolutely love Outback at Hilltop!! I always ask for Katelyn. She was not there last night, but a nice waiter name Steven took care of myself and my mother. Mom has been there twice this week and what she likes the best about it is it has healthy options like sweet potatoes and salad. I had prime rib and it was spot-on. They have dill creamy horseradish and craft beers! ��. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Nice place but the waiter was really forgetful.. we was needed to ask the napkins and cutlery. The food was reeeeeeally salty! Everything was too much salty, we was hungry so we ate almost everything but it was too much. Prices are good, food was ready fast. Drinks are good and we didn’t like one and the waitress exchanged it, really nice!
While unexpected, our time at Outback Steakhouse in VA. Was definitely a memorable one but not just for the food. Our server, Sam A. did a wonderful job of juggling not only our table but a few others as the restaurant swelled with patrons. We attended around dinner time and this got busy shortly after we were seated. Sam a didnt miss a beat and her gentle and kind demeanor warmed our table, the baked bread didn't hurt either. It was also a nice change to be greet by the manager, Christy. She made sure that we were doing OK and enjoying our experience. Kudos to both Christy and Sam A. for service to remember. You guys make we want to move in the area lol
AMAAAZZIIINNGGG ! It was our first time visiting here. The food was very delicious and fast. The waitress was so kind. I’m so sorry for photo that I already started to eat :) I couldn’t wait for it. The only problem is if you sit corner of the restaurant, the staff might not see you. But the food, the place, the staff, everything was amazing! Thank you Outback ! :)
Stopped at this Outback during a weekday for a late lunch. Had the center-cut sirloin, baked potato and house salad. All was prepared per our specifications and all was delicious. The service was excellent and added to our enjoyment of the meal.
Went to have some drinks with my wife. I can't remember our bartenders name, but she was AMAZING!! The BEST margarita I've ever had. I drunk it like juice and it snuck up on me. I'll edit my review once I go back and get her name. Shout out to her 😁
Saturday 1/28/23 @ Outback Laskins Road. First visit impressions - Hostess sincere friendly greeting, welcoming. My server Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.
Seasoning on the shrimp a bit salty but with the sauce I liked it 😋.
EXCELLENT juicy Sirloin Steak cooked medium well. Perfectly steamed Broccoli melted in my mouth. Just as Andrew suggested, both sauces complimented the steak and shrimp. Thanks Andrew, my meal was delicious 😋
Having a visit from Manager Philip sealed the deal for me. Welcoming me as a first time guest, he appreciated and accepted my comments and opinions👍 explained the salty seasoning 👍and committed to sharing my comments with the chief👍.
This Outback gets my 👍👍👍. See ya'll soon 😄.
Madison W. was amazing. I have food allergies and she was friendly about and very accommodating (which is not the norm). She is sweet and friendly and made the whole experience wonderful.
Gerard brought our food and was very nice. He was thoughtful about my hot plate and was polite about the food allergy.
My food allergies can make eating out difficult but this has been a great experience.
Place was amazing. We work at Chesapeake Square and it’s so nice here. Really nice :) Our server, Javon, was also very sweet. She was very kind and offered amazing service. The host was always very sweet. Great conversation and amazing food.
Amazing experience as expected. Great food. Wonderful server (Jennifer). And reasonably priced. My table of 6 had a blast.
Sanei was a GREAT sever. She was attentive, friendly, and helpful. She also made great suggestions.
I feel the same about Alex yesterday. She was GREAT for the same reasons. And yes, two days in a row. Don’t judge me!
Devon the manager was very interested in my satisfaction with everything. We had a chat. It appears that in his 6-7 months here, he has done great things. I didn’t come in for about 2 years due to various issues with staff /management in the past.
If you have stayed away due to an unpleasant experience, go back! Trust me!
