Admittedly, I am homeless, though I don’t really look like it. I don’t have a lot of resources, people to trust, or places to go in the area. Things aren’t very good. But this Starbucks has unironically became more of a home to me than I have had most of my life. They are extraordinarily kind, welcome me by name at the door, know what I need and get it in a fast fashion even though they know I am more than happy to wait. They are kind and loving. Starbucks is already a company full of compassionate workers, and I have visited many locations and have had many barista friends, but these people feel special to me. They truly make everyday better than it would be without them. Josh leads an incredible team, and Roxie has become an amazing friend and someone I can talk to about anything from childhood gaming to our gender journeys. When I am no longer homeless, these people will still be close to my heart and mind, and I hope to carry the grace they have given me back to them. :3
I was sitting on the patio for awhile drinking my Starbucks drink and one of the workers brought out a water for me. That was so nice! I could not believe it. Thank you!
Nice location with many seat options. Baristas are friendly and made me a REALLY GOOD Toasted White Chocolate Mocha Latte!
Amazing Customer Service! Jenn is awesome!!! She literally made my whole day, no scratch that, my whole week, with just her kindness. There was a mix up with my gift card when I went through the drive thru and the staff was very patient with me and extremely helpful. Jenn was able to resolve the problem very professional instead of just shoeing me away like I feel like I would have been if this had happened to me somewhere else. She made me feel like an actual person by the way she showed she cared about the situation. I can’t thank her enough for her help. I had to make a review so that she could get the recognition she deserves. I tried a new drink for the first time today too and my drink was made to perfection and my sandwich was super satisfying as well. I was really impressed with my experience today and will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 will recommend.
Nice shop, friendly staff, pleasant to sit down inside. A little awkward getting in and out of this corner location with other shops in a tiny shopping center, but easy to park and go inside. Drive through offers no outlet hence 4 stars - once you're parked in line, you're stuck there until you pick up your order at the window. Oh, Starbucks management everywhere, $7.16 for a chestnut praline grande latte when I reached the window! Other reason for 4 stars at any Starbucks. I won't wait in any line to pay that much for a cup of coffee ever again. I usually order ahead but the line was short and I wasn't reading the menu when I ordered, so it's on me once. I'll only use stars for this treat in the future.
Today, the gentlemen with the red hair who worked drive thru was very sweet and very patient, he is great at customer service. Unfortunately i did not get his name but he should know he's doing a great job!

I have been coming here more frequently and use the Wi-Fi in their café area. The staff have been accommodating and friendly every time. High staff turnover as we see nowadays but they make it work.
Just went to get Frappuccinos and cake pops for my grandkids. I don't really care for their coffee.

I sat here (studying and enjoying my drink) during their late morning rush on a Saturday and it got extremely busy- both the drive thru and in-store lines were long. They worked efficiently and remained outwardly calm, despite fussy customers. When things finally calmed down, a woman who I assume was a manager or shift lead, asked if everyone was OK, said that the rush was rough, but that she was proud of everyone. Moments later the group was laughing and joking with one another, in good spirits.
It's so nice to see people who are in a good mood at work. Also, it's great to see a team work well together, especially under difficult circumstances.
