Everything was on-point for this visit, from the get-go! Bartender was on top of his game, wait staff and even reception staff were all in-sync to make for a great evening of dining. And then the live music was also great!
Went here last nite with some friends, the atmosphere was great, the food was really really good! The menu catered to everyone in our party. Loved the skillet cornbread, coleslaw was the best I ever tasted. Brian was our server and he is awesome. Definitely coming back!
Tried Copper Canyon Grill for my birthday today. It was outstanding! I had never been, but had heard great things about it. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive…without being too pesky. I ordered the Rattlesnake Pasta, my husband and one friend got the ribs, and my other friend got the rotisserie chicken. Everything was soooooo good! I would highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

OK, so I didn't want to write a review of Copper Canyon Grill until I had been back. My first experience was at the Glenarden location prior to the pandemic, and I was blown away. The service was impeccable, the food outstanding and the atmosphere pleasant and inviting. When my wife's birthday approached recently and I asked her where she's like to go to celebrate, she immediately said Copper Canyon Grill. This time we visited the newly remodeled Silver Spring location and the results were the same: exceptional food and service at an affordable price. I cannot say enough about this restaurant. I was literally watching every plate that went past our booth on a serving tray. The Ahi Tuna, the steaks, the burgers, the skillet cornbread...you name it. But I would be remiss if I didn't mention their rotisserie chicken, which is the house specialty. Whether you order a chicken pot pie or a salad with chicken, the chicken you get in those dishes was roasted on site. Copper Canyon Grill is a scratch kitchen, so everything is made there fresh. And don't pass up the desserts. You'll be doing yourself a disservice. We ordered coffee with our dessert and they brought it to us in a French press. Elegant dining at an affordable price. You cannot do better than Copper Canyon Grill.
Ordered the cornbread for appetizer which came out hot and fresh. Very good!
For entrees had the branzino with green beans, and a side of Mac and cheese. The fish was cooked perfectly. The mac and cheese was so good. I could have made a meal of just that.
Our other entree (mine) was prime rib and mashed potatoes. The prime rib was very tender and melted in my mouth. The potatoes were very peppered which I really liked.
The food was great, but the service was even better. Our server, Yessly, was amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made our meal a truly special experience. We started with the shrimp cargot, which is a must, and we had the Ahi Tuna Salad and the Ribeye, both of which were cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were peppery, but still delicious. The green beans were just okay.
We had a delicious meal for our family Thanksgiving dinner. HUGE thank you to the staff for being patient and helpful. I know it was a busy day for them, and we appreciated the excellent service.
They only have a one page menu and just about everything on it is fantastic. Avoid the chicken pot pie (of all the dishes I’ve tried this is one I’ll NEVER get again. This time the shrimp cargot was good- just not as good as usual. The people I was with enjoyed it (but this was their first time having it). Don’t get me wrong, it was good! Just not as good as usual.
The smoked salmon is amazing. The crab cakes are very flavorful. My favorite appetizer is the fiesta egg rolls (excellent).
Always a good meal with great service.

The ambiance was great. The greeter was a nice young black lady who was extremely welcoming. She gave me the best seat near the fire place bc I was cold. Then my server Dan was a professional and got me started off with calamari which was “ok” but wasn’t the best I had. A little too much flour for my liking. Then I took Dan’s recommendation on the crab cakes and prime rib, which I must say was the BEST full of crab and literally no fillers and steak was great! I had the 16oz prime AND I order another crab cake to go because it was that delicious!!! I am definitely coming back here when I come to visit next time!! Thank you guys for making it a great experience for me. Make sure you ask for Dan as your server!! Great guy 😎
Very nice service, perfect food. Perfect amount. My burger was very nice, the dessert was completely amazing, I loved it, I came from NC and it was definitely worth it. Great large portions of dishes like steaks, chicken and seafood. Lighting was extremely dark with a few lit areas. My nut crusted trout was excellent, as were the chicken pot pie made from scratch and the steak. Sides were plenty: mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, spinach and more. Drink specials with cocktails and full bar. Good micro brews beer. Service was professional but not always around.
The desert portions are too big. Yes, there is such a thing. 4 people might be able together to eat a serving of that huge chocolate cake or the quarter key lime pie.
I hope I can give more than 5 stars. All the dishes were amazing. Even regular fries! It tasted great already. We started with iron cornbread. I had seared ahi tuna salad. My picky son finished the whole burger. Delicious! Their fish was fresh and great. Our actress was super nice and professional. Another great experience actually. Love this place.
