The atmosphere was great and I had a good time here, the food was good and my server was very helpful. I'd definitely come back again on my way home from work!
First time at this location but been going to the Tempe location for over 20 years. We had Manuel's party platters for my college graduation in Tempe and guests always rave about their guacamole and jalapeño creme cheese sauce. Grateful to have visited their Scottsdale location as it was nice to catch up with friends today for lunch. Mayra was an awesome server 💯 service 👍food👍 Pollo especial is my favorite 😋
We visited Manuel's for dinner after we flew in from Florida. We enjoyed our experience there and the food was very good. I had the chicken fajitas, and my wife got nachos. The portion sizes were plentiful, and the food was very fresh. Our waitress was very attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed. When we come back to town and we are feeling fresh fajitas and nachos, this will be our go-to. We will definitely visit again. I recommend you try this place out if you are in the area. It was nice to be able to go in, order food, and eat in under an hour but still get good quality food and service all at the same time!
Friendly and welcoming staff. Quick & polite service. Atmosphere was very nice & clean. I went on Friday night and a House Band was playing live music in the bar area (separate room from dining area). They played a variety of popular music tunes. People were dancing in there having a nice dinner while listening to good music. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Very friendly waitress. The chips and salsa were EXCELLENT, and since they were served warm, it was a plus. The drinks were good too. Dessert....what can I say? We shared the apple pie, which was served on a hot skillet and had a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The waitress poured a buttery rum sauce on it, which sizzled for effect. Let me tell you.....it was FABULOUS! Get it. Share, because it's a good-sized portion. If you want more, order a second one.
Stopped there on Saturday evening for dinner, ambiance is really great with live music on n couples dancing. Outside seating is very spacious. Service was very quick, served with warm chips n salsa in the beginning, Food was delicious, kids also loved it. Wide variety of options to choose from. loved the sizzling fajita and burros ❤️
I've been to a few Manuel's in the valley. This one is the best so far. We dined in the bar area and found out they have a band Wednesday through Saturday nights. My boyfriend ordered the street tacos and loved them. I ordered the #1 (green chili burro/cheese enchilada/beans). Delicious. Our server was so nice and checked on us regularly. If I could give them more stars I would.
The Mexican pizza was fantastic with fresh jalapeños, the nachitos and Manuel’s layered salad we’re also great. The food was delicious and the portions are generous
Late evening visit for a snack, drinks & dancing... Enjoyed the band & their selection of energetic & slow dance songs that everyone appeared to enjoy. Authentic Mexican cuisine & of course warm chips & salsa. Nice venue, highly recommended!
After our second visit to Manuel's, and having ordered different meals each time, my wife and I agree that this is one of the better spots for Mexican food. The atmosphere is relaxed and feels downright "homey". The staff is quite attentive and, unlike many other establishments we have visited, actually follows through on special and/or additional requests (ball-dropping seems to be frequently practiced at most places, anymore). There are only a few other places where the food is equal to, or better than Manuel's, but we enjoy being treated like the customer is important. Call me "old-fashioned"...
