My daughter and I have been to Sophia's a few times, and we always have really enjoyed the food and service. Every pasta dish we've had has been absolutely delicious! Their pizzas are inventive and wonderful. The crust is amazing! On our last visit, I had the red wine sangria and really enjoyed it. My daughter recently moved, and now we are both relatively close, so I know there will be more visits in our future.
We visited on a Wednesday night when the outside high temperature for the day was 113 arriving at 7:45, so it wasn't packed, but surprisingly busy, telling me this place must be popular. The wine selection was impressive. I think there were six cabernet savignons on the menu, reasonably priced. Service was professional and efficient, not too fast to not enjoy a date, but good timing. My husband ordered the Alfedo, which came with tagliatelle (noodles that look like fettuccine) and practically liked the plate. I ordered the Chicken Francese which had alot more pasta than the Alfredo. I was impressed with the amount of artichokes, but couldn't finish as the portion was massive. My husband finished mine, again practically licking the plate. Is that a Marine thing? Idk. We shared a tiramisu, yum. I had to portion the tiramisu ahead of my husband digging in, so that I could "get some!" Again, clean plate. Forgot to photograph. Click the thumbs up 👍 if this is helpful.
Excellent food, service and cocktails. My wife and I frequently visit this establishment when we’re in the mood for Italian food. The pasta is always cooked just right, and the bruschetta is really good! Chicken Parm is one of our go to dishes here. Also pictured is the Chicken Francese, which is one of my personal favorites.
Wonderful place. Great food. Lots of great options. Aesthetic setting. Pleasant staff. Highly recommend you visit.
🍝Sharing my five-star review for Sophia's Kitchen, which I recently ordered through Door Dash. My family and I were in the mood for some authentic Italian cuisine, and we decided to try Sophia's Kitchen based on its excellent reviews.
We ordered the chicken parmigiana and eggplant parmigiana, along with a side of garlic bread, and I must say, the food was nothing short of excellent. The chicken and eggplant were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was simply delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. The garlic bread was also quite tasty and complemented the main dishes perfectly.
And, of course, we couldn't resist trying the tiramisu for dessert, and we were not disappointed. It was creamy, light, and had just the right amount of sweetness. We savored every bite and wished we had ordered more!
The delivery was prompt, and the food arrived piping hot, which was impressive. The packaging was sturdy, and the food was well-presented, just like it would be in a restaurant.
I highly recommend Sophia's Kitchen to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Italian food. The quality of the food, coupled with the prompt and reliable delivery, makes it an excellent choice for any occasion. We will be ordering from Sophia's Kitchen again and again!
It was my first time going to Sophia's kitchen with my family and the experience was phenomenal. I highly recommend sitting outside if the weather's nice because the ambiance there is very aesthetic and nice. The service and food was amazing and I think their spagetti was the best I've ever had! 🍝 Their dessert was also incredible. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.
Stopped in here last night after going to Barrett-Jackson. The decor is very modern and appealing. It was fairly busy for a Thursday night, about half to two-thirds full. Service was good and quick. I'm on a fairly strict diet currently, but this place made it fairly easy to stick to it. We ordered a couple pizzas on cauliflower crust. The crust was so good, we could hardly tell it was made from cauliflower. I also ordered the Brussel Sprout salad with chicken added. I really liked that the dressing was light and let the flavors of everything come through. All in all, a great experience and would definitely come back again.
How the heck is the best Italian food I’ve had here? The front is so unassuming. Head right in anyway. It’s so cute inside, the outdoor seating is beautiful and it’s all homemade pasta. It is freaking delicious. Also a Friday night happy hour? Yes please!!! Best Italian I’ve had outside Chicago! Also get the tiramisu! ❤️❤️😵
Loved Sophia's Kitchen! 😁
The food and service were great! There were several of us ladies who went on Friday afternoon when we were in town, and we all loved it there. Most of us had happy hour food, and a couple had entrees and they were all equally as delicious. Two of us had meatballs, also ordered were shrimp scampi (both happy hour and entree), linguini & clams (entree), and ravioli.
The atmosphere was really nice as well, about 4 in the afternoon not too busy yet, clean, and looked very nice, and staff all very friendly.
Service was excellent 👌 Kyle was our waiter and he was prompt, got our orders taken quickly, the kitchen got our food ready quickly, and Kyle was great to check on us often enough, and make sure all was as it should be. Thank you for the excellent service, and thank you to the rest of Sophia's Kitchen for everything. 😀
Came here on a Saturday between soccer games and it was delicious. The highlights were the meatball appetizer Sophia’s style and the brownie. Fresh ingredients. Great flavors. The service was cheerful, prompt, and great with kids!
