I visit this place whenever I can! Burgers are scratch made and they taste amazing! Garlic fries are really great as well, especially since we are in gilroh
Excellent burger! Mushrooms, Swiss cheese and I added bacon of course. Caramelized onions too!! What more oh wait! Sweet potato fries and a strawberry shake. Best part of the day. Thanks!
Garlic fries and great burgers go together so well here. Fast personable service with all the food cooked right in front of you. You might want to avoid the garlic and onion stuffed burger with garlic fries or you won't be able to talk to anyone for the rest of the day🐉
Legit good burgers cooked well. I wouldn't be surprised if they grind chuck in house and form the patties by hand. I'm sad that I don't live within driving distance and they put my homeade patty to shame.
They have the best cook I've had on fries since I don't know when. It will take a few minutes to get your food so allow more time than antypucal burger joint, maybe 45 minutes for your visit.
House made ketchup is good but the chipolte ketchup and jalapeno mustard are even better.
Great burger. Very straightforward experience. Order at the counter, have a seat and a few minutes later a great burger will be ready for you. I want to give 5 stars but they were out of onion rings and the french fries were mediocre (cooked in too large a batch so the oil wasn't hot enough.)
The produce was fresh and crisp. They make their own ketchup.

I love the burgers and garlic fries here. I have been going here for many years. Since I have moved away, I haven't been here for almost a year. My mouth was watering just thinking about getting to eat there again. The service I had on 3/22/2018 wasn't very good. I wasn't greeted when I entered the building. I stood unacknowledged with my son and daughter at the register for at least 3-4 minutes. There was a heavy set lady that saw us, turned her back to us and then finally came over to take our order. I don't feel like she was really friendly. When you spend $40+ for 3- people on a lunch burger, you expect them to at least be happy to take your money. The fries need to be longer. It seems like I always end up getting very small fries.
Today I had the first decent restaurant burger that I have had since moving to Cali this last February. "The Big Roy" was absolutely stellar and easily ranks among the best I have ever had.
I'm fairly certain Angus ground chuck (chuck being the important part to me) was used and the burger was properly formed unlike the hockey pucks I have been buying everywhere else. It was juicy, rich and flavorful.
The garlic fries were delicious and the sweet potato fries where the best I ever had.
Tried one of their special burgers, it was great but not worth the price (about $1 too expensive). Garlic fries were amazing, but I could only eat the top layer as everything under was covered in oil.
Customer service was friendly and I liked that they cook the burger in front of you. Definitely going back to try other menu items.
It you are in Gilroy you have to come here but you should take the garlic fries.
Great Burger spot! Food was great. They have a black bean veggie burger, and everyone's regular burger at our table seemed to satisfy their hunger. Home made ketchup, better than heinz. Fries were good. Kids menu priced the way kids meals should be. For sure a place you should check out.
Omg amazing burgers. I got the veggie (black bean) Patty on the southwest burger. There was a giant Chile (I think Anaheim pepper?) It was AMAZING. Lots of sauces. Great fries. My husband loved his burger too. Everything was fresh and fast. Wish I was hungry enough to try the cookies they looked delish.
