Perfect place to grab ice cream, they have variety of flavors. I love getting ice creams in waffle cones. Try chunkey monkey, coffee buzz, chocolate chip cookie dough .

Nicolo (Nymo)

Real friendly service with the selection of treats you expect from a Ben & Jerry's. Big downside for when we visited was that there was only one guy working there, despite it being a hot convention weekend in San Jose, so there eventually was a big line that formed after we got there. If you don't mind waiting and want a nice chilly treat on a sunny San Jose day downtown, can't go wrong with Ben & Jerry's ice cream!
