This small family run cafe doesn't look like much, but they have an awesome breakfast muffin + coffee special for under $5. Their orange juice is fresh squeezed in front of you for less than what a bottle of concentrate costs in this neighborhood. Take out or dine in.

Nice place for a quick bite between Performing Arts Garage and Davies Symphony Hall. Sandwiches, noodles, and a variety of flavored lattes. Probably a little pricey for what it is, but cozy place at a great location.

Delicious food (try the Asian chicken sandwich), reasonable prices and unbelievably kind and attentive personnel. I'll make a ritual to come here every time I come to the symphony or the opera.
