Kohl’s is fortunate to have a great team: Nicole M., Blue, and Arytga and others who are all very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Upon entry we are always greeted with a pleasant hello and offered any assistance required. The store is always clean and organized. Each person makes us feel like valued Kohl’s Family members. Skilled at the checkout, each is great at applying coupons and discounts. The coupons and sales make it more economical and practical to shop at Kohl’s.

I popped in to make some Amazon returns. And with the $5 Kohls Cash I received, I decided to check out what they had. I got 5 new shirts that I can easily dress up or dress down. I’m going on a business trip soon and they will all work.

I went for something specific, I wanted one of those long sweater coats that have a belt that ties around your waist, I'm from up North, and I had always seen them at Kohl's in Indiana and they were roughly 50$ -100$, so I finally had the money 20 years later to go get one, now I live in North Carolina, I don't think they carry sweater coats here, but I did get a cool flannel coat that I just absolutely love! The employees were very very helpful, it's got nice Deep Pockets, the only thing I think they could have done better was make some inside Pockets also, but all in all, I'll give it a 10 out of 10!
Great place to find gifts during the holiday season!! Large selection of brand merch like t-shirts from your favorite TV show! I also love all the gadgets they have and little stocking stuffers. Not only do they have some amazing deals, they also have a wide variety of products - clothes, appliances, beds, household furniture and lots of toys for the kids - although it gets picked clean around holidays so shop early.
Only thingI don't like about Kohl's these how they always mark things down like they're on sale - but they're always on sale! Literally 90% of stuff is on sale but you pretty much pay fair value. I like them just have everything normally priced and smaller selection of on sale items so it's not as confusing... Otherwise, I'm liking this brand more and more! 👍
I don't live too far from Kohl's in the Brier Creek area. There is always someone close by to greet customers as they come through the door.
It is my experience that the staff is friendly & helpful & usually I can locate someone to help me if I ever need an associate.

I enjoy shopping at Kohl's stores are always clean, great customer service from all staff. I always find what I'm looking for. When everything is organized it makes shopping so much enjoyable.
