Yummy food! The staff is friendly. They have all sorts of food.. Hot subs, boneless and regular wings, pizza, cheese bread, salted caramel apple dessert, salads.. You're bound to find something you will like. Highly recommend!
I ordered pizza and salad at 10:15am for a large meeting at 11:45am and they were super accommodating and right on time. They even threw in a little extra salad and didn't charge us. Everyone at the meeting commented on how tasty the thin crust pizza was. They also included plates and cutlery at no extra charge. Will definitely order from them again!
We have ordered from Donatos twice. The first time was a trial run to see if we liked the food and the service. We were very pleasantly surprised with the customer service and the meal. The pizza was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. On the following week we placed a large order for an office luncheon. I called and again, the service was excellent. They delivered our order to the minute we requested and the pizza was fabulous. We ordered a variety of pizzas and the party salad. They provided a variety of salad dressings as well as paper plates and utensils. We are very happy with the service and the quality of food. We will definitely continue doing business with Donatos.
Love the pizza!! It's originally from up north and it's my favorite! I always recommend the thin crust serious meat. You can't go wrong. Only downside is the parking. It's in a busy shopping plaza and it's a bit hard to turn into. The employees are always welcoming and super great.
I stumbled upon the Donatos at Seaboard Station shortly after starting my new job at a place down the street and it didn't take long for me to be hooked. I'm a bit of a pizza snob having had some really amazing 'za in my time, so I was skeptical of what I might get at this lunch spot, but it definitely hits the spot! Great taste and lots of options on how to get it. The subs are top notch as well. I'm partial to the Big Don Italian and the Chicken Bacon Cheddar. Both give me a little happiness break in the middle of the day. Most of all though what keeps bringing me back to this particular Donatos are the people who work there. They are all really friendly and truly seem to be happy in their work. Their easy-going, but friendly atmosphere is infectious and comforting. You should definitely stop by and try them out!
Staff is very friendly and accommodating here. Pizza is good, but knock your socks off. I would put it on par or better than any other franchise pizza chain. I have 2 friends from Ohio that had talked up the breadsticks and cheese sauce. Alas, they don't do the cheese sauce here. The 3 cheese garlic bread though is really good.
I have not been a fan of wings until I ate at Donatos. For the first time, I have enjoyed boneless wings. And the fact that I work next street down, makes it hard for me not to order them everyday. The employees there are super nice and make a pleasant experience. I certainly recommend this restaurant to people who also enjoy pizza and wings.
We usually get Donatos when we are in Lexington KY and we're so happy to find one in Raleigh. Super delicious thin crust. The cheese and Hawaiian are my favorites! Super nice staff too. Seating is limited and not good for groups. I think most of their business is take out or delivery. I wish they'd open one in Cary. Give it a try!
I frequent this location regularly (since I work nearby). The staff is almost always friendly/welcoming, food is consistently great. I’ve tried salads, pizza, sandwiches, sides - all have been wonderful. The only thing I’ll say is that it’s difficult to walk in and have a “quick” meal. It’s absolutely NOT a bad thing they cook everything to order, just have to make sure to allow yourself enough time to enjoy it, or call ahead if you’re in a hurry. Definitely give this place a shot!

We had a fantastic experience at Donatos! How they cut their pizza into the tiny slices is perfect for sharing. We had the Hawaiian pizza and it was crisp, not at all greasy, and included the perfect amount of toppings.
We will definitely be back!
