An absolutely wonderful experience. Even after having an issue their gift card machine, they were more than willing and able to make things right. Would definitely recommend, great staff and location.
I stopped by this Starbucks on my way into the Raleigh Convention center for Galaxy Con. And I was very impressed! HUNDREDS of hundreds of people go to this convention, so you can imaging how insanely packed it is. Despite all the chaos, the staff had a great, upbeat energy and I've NEVER seen a Starbucks team run so fast and efficiently from one order to the next all while keeping their space clean. Seriously impressive!
I really enjoyed my coffee from this location. The staff was already really friendly and patient. Plus their Halloween decorations were awesome.
Great location with all the staples. Connects to the Marriott lobby. Love their seasonal lattes and their flat white along with a hot cup of consistent ☕ coffee. The only drawback is the line and wait. They also have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking, 🚻 restrooms and seating.

This location is inside the Marriott. Looks like normally it can be accessed from outside but as of 9 Jul 17 it is under construction and can only be accessed from inside the hotel.
Smooth service and transaction. I paid w the app. Food and drink on par w stand alone Starbucks.
The people here are very nice but their oven is unreliable. Also they are not a corporate Starbucks so don’t honor the normal Starbucks program. Honestly there are so many small business shops around here that it’s a crime not to try them! They are all amazing!

Welcome with a nice and sincere Smile and COURTEOUS. I usually order my Late Coffee and I pick a Grill Chease to go.
This location is inside the downtown Raleigh Marriott. It is very rare because usually Sheratons have real Starbucks stores inside. Nevertheless it is good surprise. Having a full service Starbucks in hotels is always a good thing.
