Visited this morning around 10:00 for breakfast. The dining room was very busy as a typical Saturday. Service was perfect. We were seated immediately and our food was delivered fresh. I had the mushroom and spinach omelette meal, tea & a hot Chocolate. My daughter had a platter with eggs, bacon, sausage & Canadian bacon. We enjoyed the food & service.
Excellent customer service and wonderful food! The staff is very nice and pleasant. Great meals at reasonable pricing in a beautiful setting. Service that is both quick and friendly. It didn't take long to get seated. This location provided me with an excellent experience. The waiting room was well-organized. Excellent dinner, served hot, and really competent service! The only drawback was that my waitress only served me twice during my entire meal. I had to search the restaurant for my waitress in order to acquire another hot cup of coffee and a to-go cup. I will definitely dine at this location again! So far, it is my favorite IHOP in the neighborhood.
We just finished eating breakfast here. Everything was excellent. Madison is a great server. She checked on us. She made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere was relaxing with great soft holiday music. The food was hot and good. I highly recommend this Ihop to anyone visiting this area.
Server & manager were great, but my food came out cold. My son's food was great though. This is usually the best IHOP in Raleigh, so am going to count this as a "one off", and will definitely be back. Manager was super accommodating, and gave us a great discount for the inconvenience.
Great experience. Had the best server with the best attitude . He actually loved working and made it a fun experience.
Good location. Like this restaurant it’s clean and in good condition. We came with our kids misinformed that kids eat free in Fridays but it’s actually on Mondays. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very attentive throughout our visit. Always helpful when you are juggling kids. The food is good as well. Would come back.
Ihop has not been a top choice for our food but the last couple of times I’ve been there, it’s been good. We were going to go to Red Robin today but decided to go to ihop instead and give it another shot and the food was really good! Good portion size too!
They aren’t staff well (like everywhere else), but you can tell they’re doing their best. My bill was a bit screwed up and they were apologetic about it. When they tried to fix, it got more messed up. I just decided to pay the extra $3.50 i was charged because it wasn’t worth the back and forth and i can tell they were trying their best. Since I wasn’t a jerk about it, i ended up getting a future complimentary meal.
Yes, they can do a little better wiping down the menus and cleaning the floors (can get sticky from syrup) but given limited staffing, sometimes that’s not always easy to do consistently.
If these guys don't know how to make breakfast... then nobody does! Absolutely amazing!
Breakfast was fantastic today. The Colorado Omelette with a side of sour cream and picante sauce was sensational! The beef for the Colorado Omelet is like eating tender flavorful pot roast Pancakes are always great .
