Beer, cider, boxed wine, pool tables, darts, juke box, video poker, friendly staff, outdoor area. Small town/Midwest feel hole in the wall dive. They have gringo tacos on Sunday. But don't come hungry.

Always enjoy visiting the Wilshire. Friendly and homey there. The bartenders are nice dutiful and make you feel right at home. I've only been there a few times but ill tell you what the friendly atmosphere and warm surroundings make it feel like you're in an episode of cheers. Drinks are very reasonably priced also. You'll enjoy visiting The Wilshire, I can promise you that.
Went there for the first time for my bday. Had a blast. Bartenders were very cool and welcoming as well as the regulars We talked to. Reasonably priced. Sweet foos table, pool tables, shuffleboard, and even ping pong...what more can u ask for? Best bar I’ve been to in Portland since moving here a few months ago.
i really like the wilshire tavern. it's a great neighborhood tavern, good place to watch sport, play pool, or just sit around drinking a couple of pints. the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because they don't serve liquor, which i prefer over beer. this is truly my own problem and not theirs, since they're a tavern and not a full bar. all in all, i still enjoy hanging out here.

Can't say enough about this place it is going on all day and all night long very very clean bathrooms are clean staff easier to help nice people go there you must see much visit
I really like this bar, a good easy going crowd and good bartenders with fun things to do like pinball, foosball, pool, a few video games and poker machines if you're a gambler.
