I ordered the salmon crepe, it was so delicious. We visited by Saturday noon and there was already a line waiting to order. It took approximately 20 minutes to get my order including waiting in the line, ordered and got the order. The hot crepes are all around $10, and sweet crepes are around $6~$9. The prices are pretty reasonable. I like the taste of my salmon crepe. The crepe skin is the soft one and the fillings are varies. Good option for quite bite.

Iam currently in Portland for the long weekend and really really happy to be here!!! It's my first time, day 1 and iam in love with the town already! So artsy🎨🖌️ old school vibe I've been getting which forced me to not be fancy and went straight to all the food stalls/ trucks in the area!🥳🥳 Out of many other stalls was this fancy stall me and my husband stopped for dessert! We ordered a boom crepe ( for me) and a mango boom for him with vanilla ice cream and creme brulee on top( sigh!) My first icecream crepe in a cone ever and my reaction was very similar to that of a multiple heart eyes🤩🤩🤩 emoticon!! ( Sure you can picture it)lol!! Ever since I've eaten it , been raving about it and somehow plan to squeeze into our food schedule everday! Enough said, if you're in Portland visit the area, this and other amazing food stalls are waiting for you to dig in!!!!🤤😋 Extra stars🌟🌟🌟 and claps👏👏👏 to the staff for skills!! Such well made crepes with blowtorch in the end for brulee has impressed me immensely!!👌👌

A lot of places here in downtown have good reviews and 4.5 stars give or take. But those places are so overrated. Like I don’t get what’s so good about some of those places. Boom crepes was amazing! Fit the description of the reviews and is as good as it sounds and looks. So good it’s true. I got the number 5 It was delicious The gal who was working there on 03/01/19 was so sweet. Which the customer service made for even better experience so thank you!

Great crepes! The classic Boom Crepe with its creme brulee top is a must for your first order, but they also have wonderful other sweet and savory options. Next time, I'm planning on sharing the Supreme with a friend. (Pictured: the Basic Strawberry and the Boom Crepe)

Cute food truck. It looked Korean run. The crepe was very large and I had to ask for a box! I got the turkey crepe. They also offer many, many options including a really cool creme brûlée crepe!!

Saw the durian boom on IG and had to try. Creme brulee, a crunchy and sweet top layer that you break through with a spoon into a cloud-like, creamy durian layer that includes chunks of durian, very rich durian flavor, followed by a final layer of vanilla ice cream that reminded me of Breyer's real vanilla the way that it melted in my mouth without gummy residue--all of this wrapped into a secure, crepe cone.

Found this little gem among tons of great downtown Portland food carts. Crepes always has a desert/snack image to me. But Boom Crepes totally changed my mind. It is next to a Gyro place and you know what? The savory crepes are as large as the Gyro next door! and by no means the gyro next door is small. There were a lot of options from this crepe cart and I ended up getting Boom Special. The taste was so good and it was very filling with with great presentation. The service is also very friendly and they have all the utensils you will need provided.Yes, you probably need a fork for it :) The crepe was made to order so it did take about 8 minutes or so to get it. But it is so well worth the wait. I'd love to visit again.
