This is the single best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They never disappoint here. The staff is always friendly and patient, and I have seen them deal with upset customers. The manager is understanding and kind. There are times when I go to other Dunkin’s in the pittsburgh area but the coffee always taste the best at this one. I used to live very close and was a regular. The staff quickly knew my go to order and it felt nice to see the same consistent people working here. I moved away from the area about 2 years ago so would go to different Dunkins and came back today and still saw some of the same staff. They recognized me and asked how I was doing and even remembered my order. You can not get better service or better Dunkin drinks anywhere else. 100/10.
I add 10 minutes onto my work commute just so I can stop at this dunkin in particular, despite the fact that I have multiple ones I can stop at on my direct route. The employees at this location are so friendly and remember their customers. I am not in as much now that I work from home most days, but they all still remember me and my coffee order and are super nice! If it's slow, they will have my coffee started for me pretty much the second I walk in the door or shortly after. When it's busy, I'm still in and out within 5 minutes on most occasions. I'm usually in around 7am. The morning crew is phenomenal!
Usually order ahead 10-15 minutes before and it's there. If it's busy it could take additional 10. Staff are always friendly and helpful with questions.
So friendly team. Super fast service. Dunkin Donuts is always a Rock Star. The french cruller donuts are light and fluffy.
I love Dunkins coffee drinks. The price is less than Starbucks but nonetheless I love the drinks here.
Clean restrooms. Nice employees and military discount to boot. Way better than any Starbucks!
Got a mocha drink and it was good. They made it really fast and got me on my way. Nice clean bathroom too. I will come back because my friend comes here all the time and order is a huge version of what I got. Some crazy mocha drink. He comes here everyday for them so they must be pretty good. This is my first time trying it so I'll let you know when once I finish it whether it was good or not. But I'm pretty sure it's good because he comes here every day and I don't really know what else to say. So okay. Bye
I watched a gentleman named Jack, working at this location, take care of a customer today that was having a really hard day. She had no idea what to the menu, and was asking a LOT of questions. Jack took so much time to make sure that he not only got to the bottom of what she was really requesting, but he asked questions about what she liked, what she didn’t The whole experience and provided amazing customer service.
At the end of the transaction she admitted that her dad died and today was very hard for her. I think employees like Jack deserve recognition, and a lot of it. That iced coffee ended up making her day just a smidge better and he made it himself. it seems like such a small moment but it really did brighten my day!
We have always had an amazing experience at this Dunkin. Today was especially fantastic given the point that I had just made an online order and showed up with a sign on the door saying they were low on employees and closing because of the snow. There was an employee outside who then let me in and the team happily fulfilled the order even though they worked a 10 hour shift in the storm. I was completely ready to patiently cancel the order and they went above and beyond.
This is perhaps the best managed DD I've been to. I placed a rather large order the night before, for pickup on Mother's Day morning. The order was ready, on time, when I arrived. The order was accurately fulfilled and the associated double-checked it before I paid. She was very pleasant. As usual, the food was delicious! They have plenty of workers, but none are standing around with nothing to do. I love this place!
