Great burgers and fries. The fries had a good amount of Cajun seasoning. We got our food pretty fast, too.
Came here on a beautiful day. After my daughter track meet!. The ac was on lol! They took our order right away. The food was nice and hot plus the fries was hot. Definitely fresh cut. The cheeseburger was real good. The bread was fresh and soft. It was a little cheeseburger and fries fully dressed!.

By Far, The Best Five Guys I’ve EVER been to!!! I’m just sad it’s in another state! Definitely recommend this location when you’re in Pittsburgh. It was clean. They had great customer service, and the burger 🍔 was made PERFECT!!!

I've only been here a few times but my wife loves it and so did our son and I. Tons of fries they give for your whole party to eat. The burgers were good (as expected) and it is a good spot for a quick bite to eat.
Always a pleasant experience. The food is always high quality and fresh. This location specifically is my favorite. I have never been let down.

I don't eat a lot of bread & usually take the top bun off, so I was extremely surprised to learn you can get your burger wrapped in large lettuce leaves. I've never had a problem & we eat here often. The burgers are cooked, but not burned and have a great taste. I recommend this place to everyone. My husband loves the salted caramel milkshake. I've never had one before, but love the taste.
I was first in the door when this Five Guys location opened at 11:00am, and was greeted by all three staff as I walked to the counter and ordered my lunch. They definitely hit the top three needs when going to lunch. Fast. Polite. Clean.
The particular location was so clean, which was a surprise because of the high volume it must see on the university campus. Everything- the windows and doors, the counters and tables, the restrooms - it was all very clean!
PRO TIP: Go for the fresh fries first, hot out of the bag, then eat the burger after the bun rests in the foil wrap- you'll thank me later.
This location has the Coke Cola Freestyle™, and each machine was loaded with slightly different flavors- this time it was the official Olympic flavors for the 2018 games.
A bit on the pricy side but they offer different sized burgers as well as the gluten free option of wrapping in lettuce. And important allergy thing to note is that the fries are cooked in peanut oil (as it's healthier) but also that the entire place has boxes of peanuts by the tables.
If you want recommendations, I've recently come to like the cherry milkshakes. It has an intriguing slightly bitter, slightly sweet aftertaste.
I wanted to order a uber order from Five Guys Oakland. I could not find a way to tell them I was gluten free and order extra condiments. I called the store and spoke to Jake. He took my name and assured me my order would be made correctly for being gluten free and added the condiments. My order arrived and was perfect. Thank you Jake for such outstanding customer service. Very happy customer.
