This location can get busy but line almost always moves pretty quickly. There are a lot of menu options and decent prices (and better specials - $6 burrito Wednesday). There's a good amount of seating, including in an upstairs loft. The service could be a little friendlier but it's not too big a deal as they make up for it with speed. Overall a well-managed store and reliable lunch spot.
Better food than Chipotle at this Mexican eats spot in Oakland. Nicer shop also to be honest,but the staff may leave you cold. It should be noted I ate here close to closing time,& they quite obviously wanted to close up & leave--too obviously. Even before I was told I had 15 mins left to finish up & exit--which would have been less annoying had the manager chosen to tell me before I ordered that giant brisket,salsa,queso,black beans & rice burrito--the college guys preping the food seemed spacey,impatient & agitated. I wasn't the only customer who noticed this,1 guest requested that cheese be added to his burrito several times,but they guy making his food just kept on going without complying or even looking up.
Food yummy,surroundings nice,staff could use some training,or maybe a longer break...
Pretty good place for quick Mexican in Oakland. I like the quesadillas here. Recently renovated due to the kid who feel between this place and the Breugger's next door and the motif was designed partly with that in mind. There's a bar upstairs.
Would rate higher but I personally just do not like Mexican food. The ingredients are very good, pretty fresh. Definitely would love it if I liked Mexican

The food at QDOBA is always great. This location has a fancy soda machine. It can be hard to find seating.
A great place to go. Just wish they would fix the air condition. It is always warm in there. But have great Service and food
Better than Chipotle. With pocket points, burritos are BOGO and college kids get a free soft drink
Food was great. Plus you get a free drink as a student with your purchase. Happy camper.
What you would expect near the university from a fast food place. Had a bowl, food was good, staff was pleasant.
Pretty normal Qdoba, usually packed with students. They have a small upstairs seating area (formerly a bar) in addition to the main area.
