Rooms were surprisingly top notch. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful when I checked in. Gave it four stars because it is off the beaten way and not much around it. Although that’s probably true for any place you stay in Greentree. My guess is this is on the cheaper end of most Hampton’s because of its location. But again, the room was excellent and the service was excellent.
We stayed in two rooms. Rooms were similar in decor. Our room didn't have shower gel and the other room didn't have hand soap. Neither room had extra toilet paper. Rooms were clean and so were bathrooms. Breakfast next morning from 6am-10am. Well stocked and maintained breakfast area. Food was hot and regularly refilled. Staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.
Very nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, well appointed. Nice pool, beautiful outdoor space. PET FRIENDLY. Was there for nearly a week while truck was being repaired. Good breakfast. Cannot say enough about the staff, friendly and helpful.

Room had a leftover straw & tissue but looked very clean otherwise.
Work out room & small outdoor pool needed cleaning.
Located a little off the grid. Dodge the parking lot potholes.
Hands down best staff of any Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The manager Maddy helped me out with an issue I was having no questions. Great service, room was clean, parking lot safe etc. great stay and will stay here again.
All I can say is wow. I have to say the staff was some of the warmest friendliest people I have experienced at a hotel. I have to give a big shout out to Paddy and Suzy who had the biggest smiles and always made the morning brighter with their kindness. If you are going to Pittsburgh I highly recommend the Hampton in Greentree.
The Staff are awesome, good food, good people and just good place to stop and stay, they will not disappoint you.
Traveled from Indiana and in town for the weekend for Steelers game. It is much cheaper on this side of river. Nothing really in walking distance, but Alexions Bar & Grill is a close drive. The stadium is a fairly short UBER ride away.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great and the service is lovely. The manager and her son work there together and they're very nice. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
Great way to stay a little outside of Pittsburgh but still close by drive. Rooms are a little outdated and it can be a pain to find an outlet. Overall clean place. Digital Key works fine with room doors but not entrance which was inconvenient.
