I just have to say this Sonic location is the BEST one I have ever been too! I will drive all the way back here if I'm across town just to get a drink! The ladies that work here are so AWESOME! They always go out of their way to make you feel special! Thank you, April, Amy, Brooke and Sarah for always making me feel special! � My Sonic!
This sonic location is a bit different than most of the others nearby. This facility is more run down and poorly maintained.
The service is also a little lacking. Perhaps it's that I'm not used to receiving attitude, a frown, or cold shoulder when my order gets delivered. I've tried different time frames and different days and decided I'd rather drive farther than return to this location again.
If everything I mentioned doesn't bother you, it might be worth it depending on your circumstances.
No more Grilled Cheeses. They used to be so good. But Sonic must’ve made some changes. The one in Moore never made a good Grilled Cheese. This location use to have good ones, but not any more. They now use regular bread, no Texas Toast, and they’re always burned. I unwrapped it and it smelled burnt. Took a bite because it didn’t really look burnt, just really brown. But it tasted burnt too. I give up. No more grilled cheeses from Sonic.
The chili cheese coney was excellent as usual. Tots were good. Customer service was kind of lacking. It’s still a good restaurant, just so disappointed one of their niches has failed consistently.
Update: I can confirm they took D. Autry’s suggestion and placed cones in front of all the non functional stalls. My order button worked, but not the screen.
I ordered snacks and my favorite was the pretzel, the cheese tjat comes with it could stand to be warmed and more gooey. My drinks didn't disappoint.
They were limited on staff. I saw 2 hoppers, and assumed 1 cook.... not sure. The girls were smiling , calm and handled very well!! The fries and tots were not done but with a fault of 4 boys and 2 adults, and$60 later...... burgers were great! And chicken was really good this time.... 😋 thanks yall!! Sonic is always good...no matter the location. One of the most consistent food establishments in America. Have recently began to order the chicken strip meal...it is classic goodness for a great price. I always get a limeade, no ice, with extra limes...epic 🙂 Highly recommend!!
We got 3 burger meals and some chicken strips for the boys. While the wait to get it was long. It was great to get the food warm and home for my kids to ENJOY!!
Sonic is always good, however they had a sale on a particular item on my visit, and were unfortunately out of it. There was no way to state this in the app, therefore I had to get a refund and place another purchase for the other items I ordered. There should be a way for the stores to designate when they are out of something on the app.
Ordered special hot dogs on line. Picked up at stall with hardly a wait. Employee who brought me take out food was very courteous.
Fast and very good service and food. I've been to several Sonics and this was one of the fastest I've gotten my order and it was very good.
Food is good but it has had slower service in the last month. Twice this week, I've ordered a large coke and a large cherry coke. I've been waiting 5-10 minutes for just one drink. This was not during happy hour or regular meal times. The carhops are all very friendly and I've always been treated well there so I dont mind a bit of a wait. I'll continue to make this my usual drink stop as long as I'm not in a hurry.
