1$ hot dog day. Dude was dressed as a hot dog that brought my dogs out. Tater tots with chili and cheese were hot and delicious. The drive through window will back up and trap you in your work truck.
My experience today was awesome! Matthew did an excellent job on my order. He was patient with my order and even suggestively sold me on a chicken strip dinner for a small savings! As a previous fast food worker myself, I thought my service was exceptional. Thanks again Matthew!
Great Service Recovery Experience at Sonic!
I recently ordered 2 Supersonic Double Cheeseburger meals and 2 Supersonic Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burritos from Sonic. Upon arriving home, I discovered I was missing one of the cheeseburgers. Despite encountering difficulties reaching the store via phone, I decided to visit in person.
The staff, especially a very nice lady, promptly apologized for the oversight, replaced the missing cheeseburger, and even wished me happy holidays. The service recovery was impressive, turning a potential frustration into a positive experience. The food was delicious, and the quick resolution to the issue left me with a smile. Kudos to the team for their excellent customer service!
Love jalapeno poppers normally...they were still good..but the pepoers were tough. Hard to get good produce anywhere these days. Quick service
The customer service Representatives at this location work entirely too hard due to inoperable equipment and being short staffed. Most places you frequent, the customer service representatives are angry and disheveled due to not having the equipment or products in order to serve the clientele appropriately. These young people were so happy that someone appreciated their hard work in trying to maintain a business with the broken down equipment. Someone needs to be observant enough in corporate office in order to help out these young individuals that are working 10 times as hard as the next Sonic employee because of the lack of equipment and Staffing in order to serve the public efficiently!
I'm give 5 stars to the car hop Versena. Corporate/ management knew the place would be swamped and she was the only one working. Get her some help before you don't have anyone to work for you.
Went by super late the other night and Caleb was so professional, caring, and overall gave great customer service! I intentionally drove a little further to go to this one instead of another Sonic (due to sketchy service in the past) and was not disappointed. Thank you Caleb!
I'm honestly not a SONIC lover, but I Have to say ... The SHAKES & FOOD that me & My daughter got the other night was SLAPPIN!! KUDOS to whoever prep'd that order!
We’re low staffed, but did great, very polite. Mozzie sticks were great; buffalo sauce chicken was deluxe and spice
In Oklahoma for our sons baseball tournament, after a long day of travel, and a late game my wife and I where starving. Stopped off at Sonic, picked up and went to our Airbnb. This was our first Sonic experience and a good one. Great classic double burger, love the soft bun! Will add it to our must go-to list.
Usually just use the app and order beverages (cheaper on the app). Although, the onion rings are my favorite around.
The value menu has a chicken strips sandwich that is actually a good value and tastes good, if you like mayo.
The food isn't bad (3 stars) it is just not real complicated fare. Burgers and chili dogs.
The atmosphere is your car so I gave my truck 3 stars.
The service is pretty consistent but they bring the food to your car so how many stars is that? I went 4 stars because the folks I've encountered were nice and polite. Thanks to them.
Hotdogs was messy they didnt put chili a cheese and onions on my tater tots nor did they fix my cherry lime aid fight it was suppose to be frozen.not satisfied in the least. Want go there again. Even put jalapenos on my burger cant eat jalapenos I got sick after eating half the burger did finish any of not it not even the tots or drink or burger. Wasted my money. Fixed income!! Cant afford to lose money!!
