Stopped at the drive thru tonight a bit after 9p. The young lady on the register took the time to fill three small containers with Arby's Sauce since they were out of packets.
I hope her manager knows what a great employee he has in this young lady!
The young lady named Emily did a great job and was very polite. Food was great.
Well the food was much better than normal. First time in a long time that I've gotten a Reuben sandwich that actually had more than a tablespoon of sauerkraut on it. And the bread was not dry as hell like they've overheated it. The only thing I would correct was the kid at the window went a little weird acting and every time I asked him a question his responses were mumbled and I couldn't understand a word he was saying.
I do like a roast beef sandwich, always good.

Great staff, we were dining there the other day and the staff was great. Really friendly, place looked great an food was good.
The food was good. The service was a little slow but that is completely understandable since I had to wait for them to make some fresh fries.
If you like to eat here I suggest that you look for some coupon in the mail. They usually mail them every couple months or so. You can save a lot of money by doing so.
I'm a big fan of their Gyros, they re not bad at all.
I want to add that the person at the window had a great attitude and so did the person that brought my food out.
I used to go to the one on NW 23rd street and I44 but for some reason that has been closed for few weeks now.
Arby's is a good place to go these days because lots of other places have changed a lot. The quality of food is bad in so many places.
Came in with a large to go order. Staff was so helpful. Arbys is lucky to have this crew! They deserve a raise. Definitely made me want to come back.
