This location is descent. The food was good for a Taco Bell location. The lobby was clean. The condiment station in the lobby was clean and well-stocked with almost everything the customer needs when dining in the lobby. During our last visit there were no forks in the condiment station. The employees were friendly and professional.
It's a fast dash Tex- Mex y'all! Love the way I can veggie-tize my order. When you order on inside kiosk, there are veggie "swaps" (meat swaps for you raptors, lol) and plenty of add on sauces. I just wish the cheese and chips, chips were better and black beans were fresher. The last two trips we made the chips taste was greasy and full tasting, no corn came through. That's why the 4. The employees have been more than considerate when helping me with my veggie choices, thank you.
Good as always consistent taste that is I always choose taco bell as my fast Mexican food choice and Baja Blast!
The young lady at the window was very kind. I've worked her position in the past and it's really easy to fall into the groove of blowing through nameless and faceless order tickets, but she was very friendly and personable.

This Taco Bell is near my house so it's the only one I go to. They always take care of me, they actually know my order better than I do. I always forget to ask for easy chipotle sauce on my items but they always check with me as they are making my food. I think they are doing a good job with just 3 managers running the whole store the past 4 months. A lot of new faces lately, but all of them friendly! They also don't mind helping me with the rewards app!!
I have been going to Taco Bell my whole life and I can honestly say that Kylie is, hands down, THE best employee I have ever interacted with. Not only did she have a amazing positive attitude and helpful demeanor the entire time I was there, her friendly/funny personality was so impressive that I had to tip her for providing such excellent time. It was such a refreshing experience to be reminded of what true customer service should be like everywhere. She should get a promotion ASAP and, if possible upper management recognition for her outstanding work during my visit. Thank you again and keep up the amazing work Kylie!
