I visited this Chili's location after visiting another in the area about a week prior..
I used to really enjoy their boneless wings and visited on a Monday night to take advantage of a BOGO offer on them..
For the second consecutive visit to order the boneless wings at different locations, I was left wanting more..
On both occasions, the boneless wings arrived not quite hot but closer to lukewarm, and the breading didn't want to stay intact during the dining experience..
I suppose the latter could have been due to them not being served fresh out of the fryer both times, but I really don't know..
Anywho, I'm not sure that this pair of experiences will prevent me from visiting Chili's again in the future, but they do combine to have me question whether I'll try the boneless wings again on a future visit..
Chili's, on I-240 in OKC, is a teriffic place to stop and eat, from a great menu, including healthy selection. It has a great, bar and their drinks are expertly made every time. Great place for meetings, lunches, dates and is family friendly.
I was shocked at how affordable Chili's prices still are, when all of the other restaurants have raised their prices so much recently. I got the double cheeseburger lunch special, with a Ceaser salad and french fries, for only $10! I'm mean, it's not life changing food or anything, it's decent, but compared to a similarly priced meal, it is MUCH better! Way better then a combo from McDonald's or Burger King. I will say, the french fries were above average, and the staff was great. I recommend it for a quick lunch when your waiting on payday.
NOT THE CASE TONIGHT this was 2 years ago...Almost always the correct order, fast and friendly service, amazing fajitas. I do wish they could get our order 100% right, and carried more GF options. 10/30/23 worst order EVER. My phone goes off 3 min down the road from chili's saying food is done but it was COLD when I got there. I ordered the trio of fajitas and there were barely 2 orders, no chips and salsa, barely enough food at all for 2 people much less enough to feed 4 or more. If it's not made right we will NEVER eat here again. How did on the Border SW go out when they were so much better???
We took our family of 4 to dinner for our daughters 16th Birthday. It was super busy while we were there but our waiter was absolutely amazing!! He was on top of not just our table but all of his tables. Super friendly & always smiling. The only complaint I have was they forgot my husband drink and we asked for it a few times and finally it was brought(but they were very busy, so we were not angry). They did bring our daughter a desserts for her birthday which they charge a $1.50 for. Our food was hot. Fresh, & amazing as always. I recommend this Chili's & will continue to keep going back.
I actually enjoyed this bacon burger with asparagus!!! Our server was very attentive and food took like no time.
The food was good.
We had to put our used dishes on an empty table because the waitress didn't take them.
The 1st glass of tea for 2 of us (different flavors) was very weak. Could almost see through the glass. But the 2nd round was very good.
Server was great! He checked often, brought drink refills before we even asked. The food was hot, delicious and burger was cooked perfectly.
Everything about this visit on 11/14/23 between 4-5pm. Chili's on i240 near santaFe in okc was perfect! Waiter dude was on point, food was just EXCELLENT & PROMPT! & thankfully, menu's were clean & not slimy or had food stuck on them!
Was with family after a memorial service. Waitress was outstanding in handling such a large group and stayed on top of everything.
Personally ordered the Ultimate Cajun Pasta and wasn't disappointed!! Great Dish!
Restrooms were clean and seating was accommodating for our group.
