Tried something new today and went back to order my usual with money in hand,the cashier ask me how my sandwich was,I said I didn't like it so she offered me something different, finding her manager to ok it,they both happily gave me a sandwich for free! Excellent customer service as always.!! Btw your maintenance guy is awesome! I see him goes out of his way to open doors for seniors! What a gentleman. You all rock!!
I was getting a drink at 0800. A woman before me wanted breakfast. She obviously counted out all her money to pay for it. The manager treated her with such respect. I decided I should buy her meal, but the manager whipped out his wallet and said," Why don't I get this one for you?" He paid for her meal. I was so impressed. I went back from to thank him for his compassion. Brian Pelayo: you are an example for everyone. Thank you for touching my heart today. Whataburger- this guy is a keeper. You should reward him for making Whataburger look so good. ���
Had the all time favorite their, patty melt. What I like about this fast food establishment, the food is cooked to order and always fresh. My wife usually gets the mushroom Burger, but they stopped making, it's a shame, that one was really good to.
I don't know how many times I have to tell you but this is hands-down the best fast food Burger in the country!!!
They did me a lot better this time. Night shift has a more reliable crew in this case believe it or not. It's typically the opposite.
I live near here and go often. They are very slow to get the food fixed. Their food is very good though. Maybe under staffed because the workers seem to be moving fast.
Went through the drive-thru. Food was good however the person taking the order needs to learn to speak up. Ask for napkins didn't get any seems to be a common trend
The burger was delicious, just as expected. The chocolate shake was excellent. Service was a bit slow, but definitely would be back.
Service was quick, food was hot, onion rings were crispy. Staff was friendly.
I love this location. The food is always hot & tasty. There's a wait, but that's because it is fresh! I used to go through the drive thru in my way home from night shift. They have the best pies then!!
Tried to order a Chili Cheese burger but they were out of chili?? They gladly substituted another burger.
Too much mustard on my burger,and my chocolate shake tasted like vanilla. My onion rings were hot and tasty.
