My wife and I decided to try Jersey Mike's tonight because we heard they have gluten free bread. We haven't had a sub in over year so this was a treat but we were leery of a sub place and gluten cross contamination. I can tell you they did an amazing job preparing the sandwiches!!! They cleaned all of the utensils, work surfaces, the slicer, washed their hands and put on fresh gloves! They were very careful about handling everything! When we were done the manager(I assume he was the manager) even asked us about being gluten free just so he would have a better understanding! It is very nice to meet people who care! Thank you so much for the terrific experience!! We will definitely be back. And oh by the way, the Udi's bread was pretty good.

First time visiting Jersey Mike's, but it will not be the last. I visited using the free sub coupon, the store was packed, and the store was out of items, but my sub was still very good. Glad I stopped in.
