Came to this store and ordered my meal. I had to make sure they had wallet pay at least and they did confirm that it would work but unfortunately it would have to be paid through the app. This wasn't realized until the order had already came and thankfully the manager was super cool about it. We still got the food, food was fresh and the customer service was on point. I apologize for not having my card but I'll be back to bring more business! Appreciate it.
Needed one of their good ol drinks and, so I went there and got exactly what I needed and wanted. Thanks for the great service SONIC AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND THEY ARE QUITE FAST AND EFFICIENT.

Night crew is GREAT New in town came for a quick bite the service was excellent and the food was nice and hot which was great manager that brought the food out was very nice don't know about the day crew they seem a little rude and they have messed up on my order a few times I'm taking as maybe because those are the busiest times but the manager at night she runs it really well

I really go here9 mostly for the ice. To be honest, I'm not big fan of their food. I do have to say they have s great fountain selection. Awesome drinks and ice cream concoctions I love soft serve ice cream and theirs is great. The only issue negative thing I can really say about their fountain items is the fountain drinks are really over priced unless you get them during happy hour. Actually, I their bags of ice are pretty pricey as well, but until Whataburger starts selling bags of ice Sonic is my ice of choice.
The service there is always great. The staff is always friendly, regardless of how busy they are. It's definitely nice to go to a place that understands customer service and treats their patrons well. Sadly, good customer service seems to be a dying practice, so it's refreshing to find a place that still understands how to great a customer with a smile.
The girl working the drive thru is very friendly. The only other employee I've personally dealt with is the manager when an order was provided incorrectly. The manager was nice. (I ordered French Toast Sticks; it's supposed to come with 4 pieces. My order only had 3 and then the tip of another.) When she asked if I wanted it corrected she gave an excuse without any apology. I'm glad she asked about correcting it, but the excuse and lack of apology was a bit disappointing. She didn't say anything else and walked away from the window. Once I received the corrected order, I realized the manager had given me exactly 1 stick, literally. This is just my opinion... I truly believe a really good manager would have replaced the whole order of French Toast. Any thoughts?
I went to Sonic for their $.50 corndogs, which is a frequent promotion at this chain. I chose this particular store on north May Avenue because, in my experience, this store consistently cooks the corndogs fully - nice, deep golden brown, and without gummy, raw batter on the hot dog itself. I used the drive-thru, and my order was completed in a timely, friendly fashion. My order arrived with plenty of mustard and ketchup packets, and napkins, of course, and I didn't need to request them, which doesn't always happen at many fast food places. Overall, I was pleased with this order, and will continue to visit this specific Sonic!
I ordered the Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito. It was excellent, however, it was lacking the cheese sauce. So it was more of an Ultimate meat egg ang tot burrito.
Amazing staff. Picked my son up from his first day of middle School. Stopped at Sonic for a snack ordered only to realize I had forgotten my wallet at home. Their kindness was exactly what I needed that day and they made the day a little less crummy. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone.
