I've never had a bad experience at this McAlister's and I eat here at least once a week sometimes more. The employees at the counter are always really friendly even when they are super busy. This McAlister's does get busy especially early in the day. If you go after 11:30 they are packed and they stay busy till after 1. They have an office park and a school behind them that keeps them really busy. But they do a good job of keeping the line moving
Muffaletta with Potato Salad, The Big Nasty. If you like olives, you can't beat the Muffaletta. I will order a whole one, like, it's huge dude, and have it for lunch all week. And the Potato Salad is awesome too. Gotta get a big tub of that to last all week also. Now, the Hubby, he prefers The Big Nasty. He can eat it all. He's not a leftover person. Oh well, more for me!
Dined in at this location last night and had a pretty good panini. Big menu with lots of unique choices and fantastic sweet tea. Can see myself turning up here again and again.
We eat at this McAlester’s almost weekly. We love the food and the location is great!
We’ve come often enough that we all have our favorites that we enjoy. The Southwest Chicken & Avocado Salad and Jalapeño Turkey Crunch are my two favorites. The best way I’ve found to enjoy them is with the Choose 2 option that allows you to split two dishes. Otherwise I just order both and split with one of my kids, which also gives us a side for the sandwich.
The salads are huge! The ingredients are fresh and the combination of ingredients taste great.
Other favorites include the standard McAlister's Club, the Spuds which are huge as well as the French Dip.
We usually order a Sweet Tea to go with the meal. We always get a refill in their massive cup to take with us!
They also have a decent selection of desserts. We usually end up getting a cookie or two.
Late evening visit. Food was pretty good. Baked potato/spud was a bit dry. Additional sour cream provided on request. Staff was friendly.
Closing procedures during last hour. Makes sense.
Dinner was much better tonight. Didn't feel rushed by cleaning crew. M7ch better experience.
First time here, our food was good. The service was very friendly and very nice. The place was pretty packed it was lunch time but we were able to find a table.
I'm guessing that the food is GREAT! I pick up a lot of deliveries 🚚 from this location 🙂
Great location in a good area of town. Lots of businesses all around. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. The french dip was excellent. One of the best i have ever had. The meat was of good quality and the sandwich was hot and gooey. The 2 choice combo was the perfect amount for lunch. The ham and cheese potato was big and had a good amount of toppings. Only needed more butter. The butter te give you also needs to not be frozen. The different varieties of the teas arey favorite. Always strong enough and several flavors to choose from.
Excellent customer service and quick turnaround on food. There's plenty of seating and parking. The staff always has great rapport and shows they care. If you don't like what you ordered, they really want to make it right for you. They have the Best sweet tea, and the grilled chicken sandwich is consistently good. We prefer it on a baguette and for $3 you can add another half. The potato salad is more bland the last few months, than it used to be. Veggie chili tastes straight out of a can, but veggie sandwich is tasty. The veggies and avocado are always fresh, and bread is crisp, but all sandwiches are better if you add Extra honey mustard. (IMO) They have a day each year that is national tea day and you can get a free large tea, and if you sign up for the app, you get discounts and freebies sometimes.
Always busy, but usually pretty fast service :) The sweet tea is a must!! Only tea in town besides Chick-fil-a that is even close to southern sweet tea !! If you order a "sweet" always check because the last 3 times they've forgotten the dessert. Over all a pretty great place to grab a quick bite, curb-side pick up, or even delivery...
For a quick soup/sandwich place, I’ve always liked Mcallister’s. Their food is ready quick (I’ve only ever ordered to go) and the service is always friendly and helpful. I like their southwest turkey sandwich a lot. I’m pretty sad that they got rid of mashed potatoes, because that was my favourite side. The only thing I don’t like is that when you order to go, they wrap the sides tightly in Saran Wrap. I get why they do but it is incredibly wasteful and unnecessary if the food is getting packed properly.
Really like eating here when it's not too busy. Sometimes lunch can be really packed. But the McAlister's Club is pretty great. Also, this is an excellent place to get some good nachos. I usually do the choose 2 combo, getting the half club and half order of Ultimate Nachos. Can't go wrong with those!
Really good rueben and the staff there are as friendly and helpful as they come. I got the pick 2 with the rueben and the chicken tortilla soup and both were good.
