Well, the food was good but the service lacking.. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The meat tasted fresh and clean, while the smashfries were definitely fresh and well seasoned but a little greasy. Appreciated that the onions, and assuming other veggies, are cut on site. Prices were good, and we were surprised to see they sold beer!
The only disappointment: the general manager (!) who took our order was very rude, impatient, and unpleasant. The server who brought out the food was very nice. And they are quite speedy. The place was about half full and fairly noisy.
Would definitely have Smashburger again, but perhaps not this location.
I really don't know what the other reviewers meant, but the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and very fast. And this is the best burger I have had since Mad Cow closed. Smash fries are fantastic. The portions are generous without being intimating. I am very picky about the classic burger-fries-shake meal, and this is a great, modern, playful version I will come back for many times.
Great burgers and chicken tenders. Their milkshakes are amazing and would definitely recommend them. A great place to eat. The service was also really good.
Very friendly and courteous staff. A great place to go in the evenings, with an open and spacious dining room. Even better if you get a free burger from a Blazers game! The rosemary olive oil fries are absolutely delicious, worth the trip for them alone. Wonderful, wonderful place for a burger!
I have been to this location many times and never had a bad experience. The employees seem to actually enjoy their jobs and haven't been hired for their hipster appearance. They make wonderful burgers with a variety of high quality toppings and buns. Häagen-Dazs shakes are expensive but freaking delicious. Always a good meal here.
They are incredibly quick. Very consistent service and great quality of food. The staff is always courteous and it's a clean environment. Can't say I have any negative things to say!

The employees here are always nice, though they do sometimes like to finish their personal conversations while you stand there and wait. Other than that they make great food and I have never had an issue with the quality or misorders or anything!
The Oklahoma burger is my favorite with the combination of onion straws, pickles and sauce. Their sweet potato fries are my favorite. The management and staff is friendly and helpful at this location as well.
Friendly staff and clean! We ordered gluten free cheeseburgers and gluten free grilles chicken sandwich with milkshakes and soo good! The kids loved it too
One of the better fast food places around. Good service. Good food. Clean. Worth trying. I like the shakes a lot as well.
I went here for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. The manager came around to make sure everything was okay. The food was really good.
