Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. The down home flavor and atmosphere was exactly what I was searching for. It's a nice change from the typical burger place.
I love it when I was a kid my dad always took me here and when I went to school at Brink Middle School I would walk there just to eat there lol when I went to Westmoore high school I would go eat there this place was my dad's favorite place to go to lol so yes this place is also mines as well the people who work there are awesome and the food great and the building is wonderful
I’ve been here twice, and I couldn’t ask for better food or better service. Crispy hot french fries, delicious bacon cheeseburger. I’m happy and satisfied!

Stopped in for a late lunch around 230p. The restaurant wasn't busy at that time for future reference and was noticeably very clean, open area between booth rows that provide easy accessibility to anyone with handicap issues, such as myself. All of the staff were very polite, attentive, and courteous. We ordered an appetizer of fried mushrooms, chicken fried chicken dinner with salad & mashed potatoes, and the fish dinner with salad & green beans. The mushrooms arrived first, and as we continually search for great fried mushrooms, alas our search will continue. Our dinners arrived promptly thereafter, nice and hot, no problems with the order whatsoever. Our waitress offered extra gravy, which we gladly accepted as it was very tasty as well. I was a bit surprised with only one piece of tilapia, but the portions were reasonable for normal appetites and it turned out just the right amount of food for me. The quality of the food was good and the taste of the food was very good.
So in conclusion, I'm giving a 4.5 out of 5 only because the mushrooms could be improved.
They also have a drive through service for those who want to get it to go. I'll certainly be taking advantage of that lil feature soon.
Hope this review helps you decide to give them a try. I think it's a great lil diner, in a great location, with pretty good food for the money. We'll definately be back.
This is one of our favorite places to eat. Our kids love it & we always get great service. The food is always cooked well & hot. Highly recommended to try this place. Especially because they're affordable.
LOVE!. My mom started taking me here when I was in grade school. I still keep coming back. Love the atmosphere and most of the staff. Virginia is the best! Food is always good and the prices are great. Even when it's busy, you get your food quickly and correct. The chicken fried steak & chicken fried chicken sandwiches are huge and so amazing!
It's good for the price. It's a really good enviroment and wonderful prices. Although I had the chicken fingers I'm not sure if it was just the day or the cook but the chicken fingers were terrible! Other than that i was very impressed. They even have a jukebox that you do not have to pay to use :)
Soda Pop's is excellent!! The service is always top notch and the food is great!! Best chicken fried steak in town and the country chicken salad is awesome!!

Everything was wonderful, I had the chicken fried steak steak sandwich and onion rings, wife had bacon cheese burger and cheese tots, son1 had chicken fingers, and son2 had grilled cheese. All were very good. Chicken fried steak wasn't hand breaded but was very good, onion rings were tasty and proportional. Bacon cheese burger was good with thick slices of bacon
Raegan and the kids and I were headed to Moore to visit her folks this evening, and decided to check out Soda Pops as it was nearby. We started out with a plate of excellent bacon and cheese fries. They came with some exellent ranch dressing. These were consumed rapidly. I got a chicken fried steak. It was excellent! I rate it an 8.5 out of 10. The CFS was fork tender and had good breading. It wasn’t just absolutely chock full of beef flavor, but it had enough. It was bedded down in gravy, and I asked for some extra. The gravy was pretty darn good as well. My second side was green beans was very good as well. Erin got a cheeseburger. I tried it, and it was pretty decent. Again, not a lot of beef flavor, but better than average. Ian got chicken fingers, good stuff. Raegan got deep fried catfish, and liked it. It was huge! The iced tea was excellent, and service was great. Our check was $49.14. This was a good restaurant and a good value. I will be glad to visit again.
It had been awhile since I'd been here so I decided to bring my wife to try it again. There was no wait and we were greeted warmly when we approached the counter. While looking at the menu we were advised of the days special which was chicken fried steak so we decided to give it a try. We were seated and our drinks came quickly and the sweet tea was very good. When our food arrived it looked good and, even better ,tasted good ! Our waitress was very polite and checked on us multiple times. The decor is very nice and we enjoyed looking around at it while we ate. Overall it was a good experience and hopefully it won't be so long before I can make it back to eat here again.
It's my second visit here, first time dinning in. It was quite and not many people there, which was the perfect time. It would've definitely been a great time to take a laptop and do some work and have a snack or a meal. Service was a bit slower than I expected even for made to order. Customer service was excellent! I'd definitely recommend.
Food was great, I only gave four stars because I had the Indian taco it needed more cheese and salt, but other than that it was excellent. Not too expensive, great staff, friendly. The restaurant was clean and had cool decorations. For sure a dinner destination! I recommend it to everyone.
My daughter and I absolutely loved it here. My daughter says she gives it a 10/10. Food was amazing and service even better. We whole heartedly recommend this place. Take the whole family. Virginia was one of the best waitresses I’ve EVER had. Thank you so much.

I wanted to post a review because the staff working Saturday night October 14th 2023 deserve a 5 star post. My sister and I were looking for a place to eat that was still open and trip advisor said Soda Pops was open until 10 pm and it was 8:40 pm . We went in and ordered and the food was very good. I had the Philly Cheese steak sandwich and my sister had the San Francisco burger. We left at 9:30 pm and noticed the lights went off then we noticed the sign with their hours posted said closing was 9 pm. I appreciate that there were no off putting looks glared our way while we enjoyed our food and conversation. I don’t know if there is a way to correct the hours of operation on Trip Advisor for the Soda Pops at 1020 SW 119th. We just wanted to give kudos to the team who worked that night. I am encouraged that it looked like they were a team of high school and college aged staff that provided professional service. I don’t experience that as often with younger people in the service industry today. Thank you
Chicken fried steak sandwich is delicious as well as their okra. They also have good onion rings.
I recommend you go to if you've never been.

The service is amazing, the food is amazing! The burgers are heaven!! The homemade ranch is smooth and perfect! All the staff is efficient, cleanly, super nice, fast service! My new favorite American diner!! New date night location for me and my husband.
This is one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is friendly, everything is always very clean and they have a wide variety on their menu. Whether you are looking for a taco salad, a burger or a chicken fried chicken you can bet it's delicious.
