If I could give this place more 5 stars I would! Let me tell you not only were the snowballs the best we had ever had the customer service was amazing. The lady working was probably like oh my gosh these tourist but I would have never known because she treated us like friends. We had never had a snowball till here and she helped us to get the perfect flavor for each of us. She took her time an explained everything an flavors. The price was great and we will be back when in town again. Now if I could get a snowball shipped to me because these snow cones are not it lol
Nice place for a juicy snowball. Has a variety of flavors to choose from. The prices are very reasonable. Great for families, friends, kids or going solo. Limited parking space. We'll known by locals. They tend to be open on holidays as well. ENJOY!
This snowball is arguably the best snowball I've ever had.
The flavor - Wedding Cake Cream is never something to brag about because it's simple n easy. Here, this flavor is a great mixture. Not too sweet either.
The Ice - The ice is what makes a snowball. It can make or break it depending on hardness. This Ice was so soft; almost like ice cream. It held the syrup well.
The Ice Cream - I had Mt snowball stuffed with ice cream and to be honest I couldn't really tell where my snowball ended and where my ice cream began. It was a great match up.

Delicious 😋 Got the Orchid cream and early Grey. Tea flavor could have been stronger but if you like cream in your tea you'll love it like I did. My partner got the Bananas foster cream with vanilla bean cream 😋 the Bananas foster tastes like caramelized rum. It's SO good. I'm excited to try more flavors.
We had Imperial Woodpecker Snoballs at our wedding and we were impressed with their service and product. Half of my guests were locals, and they were pleased with the flavors. The other half of guests were from all over the world, and they had the best experience. They were also very communicative during the planning process. My husband and I did not have time during the wedding to get a snowball, but everyone we interacted with had one in their hands, some were even spiked by our bar. I would highly recommend them, especially during the hot months.
The lady was very sweet and patient with me (first time buying a snowball). Got the souvenir cup for $6. Flavors are amazing!
My partner got wedding cake/pink lemonade mixed and it was very delicious! I got strawberry shortcake. Loooooved it all so much! Stop by! Great prices! They even have a souvenir bucket you can split with 7 people!!
Love this cute little place. They have a bunch of homemade flavors that aren’t as much of a sugar bomb as the normal syrup, and taste natural. Try the strawberry basil. So refreshing in the swampy weather.
Wonderful snow balls, we had the pineapple cilantro and also the El Guapo Rose syrup snow cone, both delicious on a warm and humid day
They're not overly flavorful but nice for something different. The girl working the counter was also nice.
Tried the Mardi Gras King Cake flavor today and it was excellent! I took only a small cup, but it was much bigger than what I expected. They are, of course, very sweet, but delicious! The ice had a great texture (no big clumps of ice) and the service was good. Even the other customers waiting were a good crowd. I guess it attracts good people! Loved it!
