Ordered delivery from this Jimmy John’s after many hours spent day drinking on a Saturday. Only after I ordered at 8:55 did I realize they close at 9pm. 100% thought my order was getting cancelled which I wouldn’t have even blamed them for because most places won’t accept delivery orders less than 30 min before close. Not only did my order get delivered at typical JJ lightning speed but I forgot to give my apartment building door code and the driver who called me was so patient and kind despite the inconvenience. My drunchies and I are extremely grateful for the extraordinary customer service and delicious food tonight so thank you!!
I love ordering from here. Today I made a delivery order & they made an error on my wife’s sandwich. She spoke to the driver that delivered them to us & he accommodated her for the error. Really appreciated how awesome the customer service is here.
Great sandwich. Lousy rude service. Don't ask for salt and pepper on sandwich. The worker got offended . Gave me a rude delivery of postage stamp sized packets. To use myself. What the heck ? . Long wait for sandwich too. Very unorganized behind the counter. I won't be back.
Came in on 30th of May 2023, and they really have a down to earth and cool crew. John Reese and the manager on duty was awesome. The entire staff were busy and handeling customers the right way.
It's a great Jimmy John's. They are friendly, fast, and efficienct.

I would say... I have never been to a JJ that only had 2 people working. Luckily there was no kne else there when we walked in. One person took our order and then left to make a delivery. The other person finished a carry out order then started ours. Other customers came in and other than greeting them, she just kept working on our order. I'd imagine those that came in after us were there for 15-20 as it got busy fast and the one worker was on her own.
Jimmy John's Gargantuan always a good meal, even on its own. Quick service and good food.
I had a great experience here today. It was right at closing and the servers allowed me to come in and place my order. Both servers were nice and provided great customer service. I only wish Jimmy John's would stay open longer. I mean you're closing right at rush hour when people are just getting off. Where's the LOVE??
This is the only JJ I go to the best and fastest service. Number 15 the tuna
My sandwich was ready by the time I finished paying! The staff is awesome and start on your order as quickly as possible. This is a busy place during lunch, but you won't have to worry because they are trained to be "freaky fast." If you're tight with time, order online first!
