I really enjoying my dining experience at the lunchroom which was different than what I was expecting. First, I would characterize this more as a “grill” than a deli. Much of there sandwiches are made on the grill whether it is a cheesesteak or short rib. On my visit they offered a honey crisp chicken which was bursting with flavor offering heat from the peppers cooled with the honey. The bun was very fresh so the combo was worth the calories. Also, the staff are very nice and helpful. I asked for ice and made some other small request all of which were addressed with enthusiasm.
Great vibe and food. Very nice management. Unique sandwiches and salads. If you are down they seem to have breakfast all day. Helpful customized food. Good to support local when it is this good. I did not try one of the cookies but wish I did. Also beer which is great. #BeNice all day.

When I think of the lunchroom I think of high school lunchroom, but if this is what lunchrooms could have been like,no one would ever leave high school! Everything is original fresh exciting and special, The staff are a bully and and kind, being that they’re on display and you can see the making your meal. The owners of this restaurant and it’s twin on N. Federal Highway are part of a group restaurant that has the “be nice” Philosophy as their mission statement! An that be nice attitude radiates through the preparation of the food and through the staff. They have specials every day so you should check the board to see if there something different that you want.
The breakfast menu served all the time and is delicious also.
The lunchroom ownership as part of other restaurants , most notably Coconuts on the waterfront-and foxy Brown restaurant bordering Victoria Park on Broward Boulevard,TOPHAT diner in Flagler Village. a few others as well... all with high-quality standards.
Really great menu, delicious food and amazing friendly staff!! This place’s one challenge is AMBIENCE and PRESENTATION...😶 It’s SOOOO sterile and void of character. Everything is equally 90s and middle of the road safe and plastic. The fluorescent white light makes it feel like a hospital. If it weren’t for my gym being right next door I’d probably never stop in. Delivery and online ordering/ pick up would be the way to go. Btw there’s and awesome buy one get one deal on sandwiches Friday thru Sunday 5pm-8pm!!Check it out for a quick bite.
I was staying at the Embassy Suites and looking for something easy for dinner. I saw the Lunchroom on Google maps and decided to try it. I ordered the Turkey Club and it was excellent. The Turkey and bacon were grilled as was the Ciabatta roll. I loved it and will return again next time staying at the Embassy Suites. I recommend you try it for yourselves.
This place is a great spot for lunch, go figure with the name right? This particular location stays open later than the north location which is great cause who wants to eat by 3 all of the time. Pictures is the buffalo cauliflower which is accompanied by banana pepper slaw and is delicious. Also pictured is the quinoa which comes with almonds, red onions, and arugula also super tasty. I've had their crispy chicken sandwich and a few others that are also great. Only downside is the fries are frozen. Definitely check it out.
A great lunch find. I tried the Meatball Hogie. Great flavor in the meatballs as well as the sauce. Good portion size. Happy that I stopped by. Easy walk from The Embassy.

OMG!!! Just grabbed a Meatball Hoagie to go. Almost hurt my arm carrying it out. Absolute Deliciousness! Super friendly staff and a great vibe. FiveStar service! You will not be disappointed. I'm making it a regular thing.
I stopped in just to check it out. The team was phenomenal, so friendly and treated me awesome. Then the food came, that first bite was a flavor explosion. Pure Nirvana! Will definitely recommend to this place.
