Superb subs, fast service--our new sub place!. After having a very disappointing experience with Boulevard Subs on Oakland Park Blvd, our company decided to switch to Pinho's for all our lunch orders. Their subs are superb, fresh, and generous. Their chicken ceasar salad is absolutely to die for--fresh greens, perfect dressing, and quality grilled chicken that I've rarely experienced before. The desserts are a nice treat, too. For all of our lunch orders, they are always on the dot punctual--you never have to worry about them messing an order up. We're so delighted to have found this new place!
The Ultimate Combo (ham, turkey, roast beef, provolone cheese) was delicious. Lori even hooked me up with a HUGE chocolate chip cookie. Everything is made fresh in house as far as baked goods, including the delicious sub rolls. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more!

Run don't walk over to Pinho's Bakery & Deli 😀 I promise you won't regret it. Pinho's is super easy to find with plenty of parking. I was greeted promptly and my order was taken immediately. I had the privilege of speaking to the owners and they were super cool people. The food was absolutely delicious and made to order. I also got one of the bakery Blondies and that was delicious also. For what you get the prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend you pay them a visit. Five stars across the board. I hope to be back soon.
What a great little bakery and sandwich shop. Fresh baked pastries, breads and donuts. Absolutely delicious. They have a mouthwatering mushroom steak and cheese sandwich that is out of this world, but that is only one of many that they offer.
You have to check this place out for yourself. It's right next door to the gas station on Andrews and Prospect. Enter in the back.

Great place! Italian combo was extremely tasty and the husband/wife team were very friendly! Definately a great place that i will go back to. Bonus points, it's budget friendly good/fresh food compared to chain sandwich shops. They also have baked good that I will have to try another time.

I've been coming here for a while and never tried their empanadas. Yesterday was the day. OMG. They are out-of-this-world amazing. Super light pastry. Warm, wonderfully tasting fillings. I tried both the beef and the chorizo and they were both so freaking good.
Do yourself a favor and try them... and grab a sandwich or something else while you're at it. You won't be disappointed.

I can't believe that it took me this long to try Pinho's, especially considering that I was around when they originally opened years and years ago, and have lived literally around the corner for the last 7+ years. 🤦🏻♂️
Anyway, finally stopped in today and tried an ultimate combo (ham, turkey, roast beef abs provolone) with lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet cherry peppers, oil & vinegar, Mayo, salt, pepper abs oregano.
OMG! Easily one of the best subs I've had since moving to Florida 18+ years ago. Possibly THE beat I've had, but I'll need to test a couple of more subs before I rank them 😉
And their sub roll is easily the best sub roll I've had since moving here. EASILY! The perfect texture. Slightly chewy crust, with a soft inside, but fork enough to hold up to the fillings.
I can say this for sure .... although I'm originally from NJ, I'm generally not one of those "so and so is how it was up nawth" people, but when it comes to a few food related things (pizza, subs, bagels, etc), facts are facts, and eventually speaking, they're just far better up north. But the subs at Pinho's are legit subs. If you're from up north, or are from here and just can't find a good sub, look no further. Pinho's is the place.
----- edit: I went again today (Monday, 10/26/20) abs tried the Italian sub. Phenomenal! But surprisingly, I actually liked the Ultimate even better. And I also tried their Reese's cheesecake, and that was great too!
So this place has me hooked. I come here almost every day. The service is very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious.
