Amazing food, service, atmosphere, and the workers. The fries are originally seasoned. The burgers are to die for. Every bite you take is so delicious and satisfying with the sauce. And you can even get hamburger patties for your little dogs (babies). Now, the A&W Floats, the ice cream, and root beer are made fresh every day. Everything is so delicious and to die for.

I'm from West Monroe Louisiana. The last time I seen a A&W was in Rustin Louisiana and that's been 10 years ago. So when I seen the A&W here in the Springs on Academy . I had to stop in . I was impressed and overwhelmed with joy . Good service with good food. I loved it !
We stopped in for lunch at KFC today. Love the remodel of the restaurant and our food was very good! The highlight of our visit today was definitely your employee, Melissa R.! She was cleaning the dining room when we arrived, and quickly helped us find a table where we could sit. She cleaned the table, dried it, and hurried to the back to take our order. We had our food before we could even go to get drinks. The best thing about Melissa, though, was her sweet and joyful spirit in everything she did. She was thoughtful and helpful in every way not just to us, but to all the guests that followed us as well. She made our experience excellent!!! Thank you so much!!!!
It was Wednesday, which to me is chicken fried steak day. Moderately busy and my wait was longer than usual. I noted that they were understaffed and the employees were trying hard to keep up. My meal was to normal standards and I gobbled it up. Although stressed by the crowd, the staff remained helpful and friendly. I'll be more selective of my visit times, especially if they remain understaffed.
