One of our favorite breakfast spots! Cool brick and wood Tuscan atmosphere, comfortable seating. The food is incredible, even though it's a bit expensive. I got the corned beef hash, it was spicy and sweet, tender meat, great flavor. My wife got the biscuits and gravy (usually my go-to). It was really good, but the biscuits were a little well done.. again, great flavor. And if you like spicy, try their local hot sauces too.
Abby was a great server and the food came out super fast.

Food was great. I had the Denver chicken- could have used less hot sauce and more hollandaise but that’s just me. Craig got the corned beef hash. It was pretty good with nice portions. Tiny little sign out front!
We waited a long time for the hostess to appear and seat us. The last time I was here, almost 2 years ago, the same thing happened. It would have been nice if a server had just acknowledged us and said someone would be out to seat us. (Servers were very friendly, once seated...) There was no sign to indicate what to do when you enter - wait or seat yourself. I was informed that there will be a renovation to help the entrance...
IMHO prices don't equal the quality of food. Also, there was a note that I could add a tiny container of real maple syrup for $3.50 but this was no longer an option - only log cabin syrup 😣 yuk...
If you're a breakfast place, and you charge this much, please have real maple syrup!!
I was glad to have gluten free options for my gluten sensitive kid. She loved the hash browns. It was a special breakfast for her, so it worked out.
Amazing food and top notch service. I had Jensen and she was extremely nice and professional. This is my second time eating here and the food has need amazing both times. First time I had the Rocket Mountain Corned beef hash, second time I had the Blue Corn Huevos Rancheros. Both dishes were amazing and I highly recommend them. This is a must try place for breakfast
Jessie/Jesse was a lovely server! Even had management come up to us to ask how everything was...we raved about our waitress. The food..phenomenal. Definitely...Coming back for the bottomless mimosas. Did I mention, "yum"..?!
Delicious place for breakfast! I had the three egg scramble with mushrooms and cheese, and my one sister had the breakfast burrito. They also accommodated my other sister's dietary restriction with a side of salmon on top of a gf English muffin. All the food was fresh and good. They even use fresh eggs instead of a premix for omelets. Highly recommend checking this place out!
My bf had told me on his last trip to Colorado Springs that he had to bring me to Urban Egg to taste. The stuffed french toast did not disappoint and the chai latte was amazing!
The food here is very good. The portion sizes are larger than expected too, but the prices seem a tad steep as well. They were friendly to customizing which was very nice. Service was good and the coffee was decent. I would go here again.
A delicious breakfast on a busy Sunday morning. The Rocky Mountain Corned Beef Hash was outstanding. The Jalapeno bacon chutney gives it a sweet and a little spicy extra special flavor. Friendly and enthusiastic attention from our server Abbey.
Great service and great food! They allow for substitutions if you aren’t a meat eater and their avocado’s are always perfectly ripe. Plus they carry my Horse Tooth hot sauce!
