Ozzy has gone above and beyond to remember my order, he is super friendly, talkative and respectful of my three wild toddlers. Judy is a great lady, too, she is very nice, respectful and sweet. She stopped on her way into work to offer my kids some cookies and made them feel special. I live close by and come often, really pleased with the positive experiences with this team,
The sandwiches are great, a nice change from the other yellow and green place. The bread is always fresh, the Jimmy peppers are amazing and the service is always freaky fast.
Not sure if it was a Katie or a Christina that I spoke to today about a last-minute and rather frantic boxed-lunch order but she was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. She said it was her first day opening the store but she was quick to get the order and had no problems with the short time-frame. Also kudos to Mike who had no issues when I called and needed the order sooner than originally requested. Poor planning on my part is not an emergency on theirs, but this store rose to the occasion and really saved my keister. Ten stars if I could & so much gratitude!
I am absolutely amazed at how fast they move. I always preorder, through the mobile app and they never disappoint. Not to mention, the sandwiches are incredible!! Thank you for the hard work guys, see you guys again for lunch!
Love the positive people working here and the good is great. Love the sandwich bread better than the competitors. Clean bathroom is always a plus. Had the tuna sandwich kid size it was more than enough for me. Keep up the great work.
Considering this shop is located in the "uppity" part of town, for use of a few better words, I'm sure their staff has to put up with more senseless, self-righteous, shallow individuals on a daily basis than any other store in the Springs. I'm in there frequently, and for one, "Holly" the "manager" is the sweetest, most helpful manager I get the pleasure of interacting with the second I walk through the door. Along with her fellow coworkers who all have such great energy. I come here so frequently BECAUSE of the unbeatable service, genuine people, and outstanding vibes. The taste of the sandwich and all the top quality meats and produce are the cherry on top. If you're thinking about visiting, but unsure because of a couple bad reviews, throw them to the side. Take a chance.
