Staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. Food for three people was brought to our table in about 9 to 10 minutes. Everything was good and prepared correctly. Thank you to Culver's for a good lunch experience.
Not sure where the 1 star reviews are coming from, went here for the first time in a long time and was pleased with every aspect of our visit! Lobby was clean, service was friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh in a timely manner! Looking forward to our next visit!
They were really busy and our to go order took awhile. They were very apologetic and accommodating. The food was fantastic and the service was even better.
Culvers' quality is normally consistent, which is why I'll give them a second shot, but this visit the fries were cold and soggy....I like my fries crisp and hot...I was dissapointed. We ordered two shakes and they didn't bring them to the table. I went to the counter and they were made and just sitting there.....like I said, I'll give tham another shot, but only two strikes and I'm done.
I have been to this location a number of times but this last time was especially wonderful. There was a young man helping my stepson decide on what to get and helped him pick a root beer milkshake with whipped cream. My stepson was feeling poorly so he wasn't very receptive to the young man working, but the worker was friendly and helpful nonetheless. Most people would have deferred to one of us (adults) but the worker wanted to make sure that our little guy enjoyed his drink and had a good visit to Culvers.
My mom had a scoop of vanilla with mint syrup, I had a shop off the flavour of the day (mint w/chocolate and oreo crumbles), my partner had a concrete mixer (I think it was snickers and fudge), his oldest had a Pepsi & fries, then the youngest's root beer shake.
Everything was delicious, the restaurant was clean, back of the house was spotless from what we could see, the employees were all very friendly. Look forward to coming again.
First time to this location, second time to a Culver's. Great menu, with a nice variety. The first time was in Branson, and it was delicious. This location isn't as good. It was still a better burger than most fast food, but the meat was bland. Might have just been an off night. We'll be back for sure.
Food is always good and hot. You usually have to wait, but small price to pay for freshly cooked food. Love the cheese curds!!! And the employees ate always nice and friendly.
Best Swiss mushrooms burger EVER! Kaleb and Chyanne give the best service I've had at a fast food restaurant. They both genuinely care about customers having the best experience!!
I didn't rate the food 5 stars because the custered was not tasty like the custered in Wisconsin. It was like regular ice cream an not the smooth texture like in Wisconsin CULVER. NO MMMMMMM IN IT
Culver's is a great burger for fast food. Their root beer is the best! Don't pass up the onion rings!!
