Exceptionally happy about the service I received today at the Fillmore location. Kudos to employee Jonathon - I felt like I was eating a a sit-down restaurant, not a fast food joint. He was super professional, probably the best Wendy's employee I've ever encountered.
Got a Jr Baconator and fries. Everything was great and drive through employee was extremely polite. Everyone who loves hot stuff needs to ask for the ghost pepper ranch sauce to dip their fries in. You won’t regret it
I ordered the biggy six with jr bacon. Young man at xounter was very helpful. My burger bun was very dry almost stale tasting. Everything else was great. I love the soda machine options. My wife had I think the strawberry salad. Some of her chicken was very dry. She was happy as usual with the frosty.
The nacho cheeseburger is pretty good and the frostys are always a nice treat. Their chili is very good for a fast food place.
Ordered the chicken and strawberry salad, a small frosty and a cup for water. Clerk charged me for the free water, insisting I ordered a drink, which I did not. Had to go back up for a refund and the clerk stood there and argued that I ordered a drink. She saw that I just filled the small cup with water, yet she wanted to argue with a customer. MORE Customer Service training needed for this clerk!!
Love the fun atmosphere and the crew are always joking around.
The food is made fast and in the drive through and the dining room is always clean and love how the managers will fix any mistake including the GM who has gone out of her way to fix an order of mine.
All in all love coming here and would recommend it to all my friends 😁
Daniel was amazing and went above and beyond. He was very helpful and suggested items I didn't know what was available. I appreciates Daniels hard work.

This Wendy’s usually has their stuff together. Orders are accurate, never waiting in the drive thru too long, and the staff is happy to help.
The food was hot and fresh but the cashier kept forgetting things.
Food was good, I just wish it was consistent. It is also very expensive considering what you get
Five stars for a Wendy's lunch time. Food is always hot and I never had issue with special requests or missing items. Recently renovation to the eating area.
