Not a McDonald's anymore is an ADP food service. Chicken strips and fries are very good. Hamburger is not very good. Same price as other fast food places. Kids meal best deal. Inside Cleveland Zoo.
The owner of this location is awesome. Engages with the staff and customers. Is sincerely appreciative of their patronage. The service is very fast, and the food quality is above par of MANY McDonald's restaurants. Definitely recommend this location and look for the best owner of this McDonald's.
This is your regular chain restaurant, nothing major league huge to write about except it was clean inside the dining room as well as the bathrooms, the parking lot was spacious and safe and all the staff were fairly friendly and quick to get our order together. Overall the location was acceptable and I have no issues with it.
It was really crowded with it being free Monday, but the line moved faster than I thought even though I still had to waite.
They quickly made us a bunch of chicken nuggets. We also liked the free water in the 5 gallon jug.😜
Very crowded but several lines were open. The food was hot and tasted good compared to other McDonald's. The prices are much higher than other McDonald's I have visited.
Happy this was at the zoo. Nice and fresh and better than the food options at the Akron Zoo.
After I ordered food from this McDonald's I only waited a second and it was ready. I highly recommend this McDonald's even though it's pricey but who cares.
Expensive since it's in a zoo of course, however it was the fastest moving line. And honestly the hottest McDonald's food I've ever had 😂
They were really busy and all the lines were full but they had them moving real fast , I was impressed with them !!!!!
