People are always friendly and food is always prepared correctly.

Who doesn’t love Romanburgers they are incredible. This location always gets my order correct even the special instructions when I ask for a couple vinegar packets :) and everything is always hot and fresh.
This Mr. Hero is fast. I ordered my usual: hot buttered steak and waffle fries. This took about 10 minutes max! The food is great and it beats the usual fair of greasy burgers and fries. My only recommendation is to get two cheeses with the small order of fries. It's just the right amount and it's fun food!
If you are looking for a really delicious sandwich for a great price this is your place! The bread was so fresh and soft. I had the chicken Philly and it was loaded with chicken, Swiss cheese, peppers, and onions. My husband had the Roman buger and he was as pleased as me. The only thing I am sad about is there are no Me. Hero's where I live.
I so love this place to eat from. The food is excellent. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. You have a good choice of food to choose from and it's always freshly made and how you want it. I don't think anyone would be disappointed in eating at Mr. Hero.

Friendliest place in town to get the ultimate original Roman Burger and Cheese Steaks! Mr Patel working with his staff over 40 years here...Worth the trip😃
Friendly and courteous staff. Food was promptly made and served once it was made with no delays under warmers. Only downside was store had dingy and well worn look to everything.
Have had bad experiences here but hey I'm lazy & started going back. Orders have been correct & the food good since I been back. I get roman burgers, cheese steaks & original Italian subs.
