Absolutely wow, was very impressed how good the food taste. I ordered chicken teriyaki with fried rice and ordered pepper steak and fried rice for my husband and both great taste and it's my 2nd time ordering and both times didn't disappoint. And the berry cheesecake was off the hook... you have to try it. Great job
I ordered the chicken and shrimp with veggies and fried rice. The food awesome the blend of the rice and the meat and shrimp were so delicately put together the food just melted in our mouths. Most definitely come again and again. Oh and the yumyum and teriyaki sauce made me wanna dance. The amount of food given was a lot too. Thank you will come again.
I have placed a order for delivery it was kinda hard to understand what they were saying on the phone, but when I let them know I couldn't understand them they slowed down and repeated what they were saying very politely they were nice an polite when delivered they were about 10 minutes late with the food food was still a little warm. When I went in an placed a order they were not busy atmosphere was good service was polite helpful in helping me figure out what to eat. Portions were more then enough for me to eat food was prepared quickly an cooked just right. Prices were not bad for the amount of food I got.
I frequent this place because the simple yet delicious taste of their food. I only give it a 4 if 5 stars because the dragon rolls have changed. Other than that the place is great.

I truly enjoy the food and service at this Teriyaki Express location. On this visit, sadly, I did not get the extra vegetables I paid for. Otherwise, I highly recommend Teriyaki Express to anyone looking for a filling meal.
It's called teriyaki express so I had to get teriyaki! It was good. Kinda dry. My boyfriend picked this up as a to go order. They put 2 kinda of sauce on the side but we had no idea what they could be. One smelled like soy sauce but had a strong taste of ginger. The other was white and I wasn't even giving that one a try. But next try I would get 3 times the sauce that comes on the dish. Once you mixed th3 veggies and the chicken and the rice all together you still had very dry rice and now no sauce on your chicken. The only reason I'm giving it such high star rating is because the quality was great and the portion was huge, my only complaint was the lack of sauce. Now that I know this I will always ask for extra extra and then extra again.

My family gets the teriyaki chicken with fried rice and vegetables and it is amazing!! My children also love the crab rangoon.

Delicious food, and copious amounts of it! This actually marks my second visit to Teriyaki Express: the first time was to see how they compared to a Japanese restaurant that has since shrank their footprint in the Greater Cleveland area- Sakkio Japan. The verdict: they did alright, in my opinion. The first visit was about trying the teriyaki chicken, which was on special for a penny under $7. This visit saw us branching out and trying the Hibachi Steak with fried rice and vegetables. The steak was tender, and I really like their ginger sauce. I am sad that the other Japanese restaurant is no longer local to me, but at least I have an good alternative in Teriyaki Express! 5/5.
