No matter if this place is slow or busy your order is never correct and you never get anything fresh it seems like fries are always cold and old!

I eat a lot of fast food I'm not proud of it. I've been to almost Wendy's in the Cleveland area. I work 2nd shift and I drive down here on my lunch break to this Wendy's 3 to 4 times a week. I've been going for 14 months; in 14 months this Wendy's has messed up my order two times out of hundreds of visits. I've asked for no mustard on my sandwich probably 200 times and they've only put mustard on my sandwich one time. One time they forgot to give me a cookie. The other 198 perfect you're not going to get that anywhere else. The food here is fresh every time it's always good there is not a better Wendy's than this in the country I bet. I know it sounds ridiculous but if you're getting fast food go to this Wendy's I've driven 15 miles out of my way to go to this Wendy's before. I don't know how or why but quality is always top at this place don't go anywhere else Thank you Wendy's crew this is the $5 biggie bag double stack no mustard coke and sweet and sour guy

I have never been able to give Wendy's even 1 star until today! Food was HOT and FRESH. The man who took my order was very pleasant which was shocking to me because Wendy's on Brookparks employees always have an attitude. Keep up the good food and good service. Whoever manages this store needs to know they have great employees.

This time it was finally quick because the lines here is always long. Good customer service and my food was hott!! Cookies were a little too greasy but i loved them. Strawberry Lemonade was tart needed more Strawberry.

Today the 13 i went to the drive through and order two meals with my son and our order was perfect nothing missing well prepared and hot our order was taken by Deontae don’t know if he is the manager but he should be. Great customer service and made sure our order was done fast and accurate he’s carisma is definitely contagious. Thank you Deontae.
